Zerbo's Health Foods Inc

I've been going to this place now for about 5 years. I've only encountered one employee who was repeatedly rude and I make it a point to never interact with her, but everyone else I've encountered there is courteous and very nice. They have a wonderful juice and smoothie bar with a rewards card (buy 10 get 1 free). They have the widest variety of vegan meats and cheese I've seen anywhere (including Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Better Health). They literally have items I've never seen anywhere, just online. If they're out of stock, they'll do a custom order for you. I've asked they why they don't carry an item from a brand since they stock other items from the brand, and they took up my comment and now stock that item. Their prices are sometimes pricier than others, but I find it worth it to have such an amazing store so close by. Helps that they match the BetterHealth coupons as well :D

I've been going here since I was a kid. They have a good range of products and a juice bar. They have organic produce as well. They stopped selling cold ginsing ups. I used to get them all the time. Very tight parking. The staff are nice.

Management is miserable and hateful. Overheard them taking jabs at a costumer based on looks. High school level bullies is not something I wish to surround myself with especially for over priced product. Will drive extra to shop at Better Health or Treehouse for a fresh local feel. My supplements and protein are cheaper online anyways so no need to ever come back. I never review places but hate is something I will not tolerate.

This place is awesome! Wonderful products and always clean! However, how many times does someone who works here need to ask me “need help finding anything?” I mean.... is it OK to read labels and browse? Why so many “do you need help finding anything?” questions? I don’t shoplift and I don’t steal. This makes me feel uncomfortable. Just let folks browse, read labels and COME TO YOU AND ASK for help. As a result of feeling uncomfortable here, this place loses two stars. Calm down associates! If I want help, I will ask!

Service at Zerbo's is always decently good, and they have a ton of items you can't find anywhere else. Most things they have their are exotic or hard to find in most stores. Only come here for special items, but definitely do if you need them.
