Zero's Subs

Love eating here. Best subs in my opinion better then Subway since they don't have a grinder sub. Been going here for years and haven't had a problem with my orders. Someone brought a dog in. Not wanting to eat around dogs.

The staff is always friendly, my order is always ready. For a hot sub this is where I go. Something about a grinder, you can't get that tasty sub anywhere else.

Great subs just don't stop to get out of the heat you'll melt inside.

The manager Raul has horrible customer service. I called him yesterday after ordering food through my coworker because only one of us can leave the office My Philly steak and cheese sub which cost $16 after adding sautéed mushrooms had pieces of gristle or bone Chopped up in the meat. It almost broke my tooth. I picked through 1/2 trying to eat around it hoping that it was just that part but when I got to the next part it was just as bad so I called and explain to him what was wrong and but that I could not leave tonight because one of us already left the office he said I could come tomorrow and he would refund me or remake it or do whatever I needed him to do to satisfy it but told me to save the sub I explained that I had already picked through half and threw most of that away but I still had the other half and he told me that was fine just bring it in. I go the next day and he basically called me a liar and said I should’ve never eaten half of the sub I had all the chunky hard pieces to show him and his coworker said remember that’s the problem we’ve been having all week with this sub. He told her to be quiet and still refuse to give me a refund or make me a new sub he would only give me a refund for a half of a sub. All the while being rude and nasty about how people lie to get free food. I’m sad because I love this place but because of poor management I will never be back!!

I am ALWAYS satisfied no matter which location I go to! Highly recommended!!

Took me back 35 years great sandwiches. Actually hot grinders made properly with the oil and vinegar and seasoned. I eat at one of these whenever I am in VA beach

The food was good and hot as always. We ordered the Italian sub. Price was decent and we crushed that sub. Only thing bad is the fact they take cash only here. Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes

I absolutely love zeros but tonight is a first for me burnt black. Very disappointed!!! Even burnt it was still good. Disappointed none the less.
