Every service is exceptional! Zerorez is upfront with pricing so there are no surprises. They are very professional from the schedulers to the technicians. I’ve had carpet, upholstery and tile cleaned.

First carpet technician did a terrible job, stains not removed and some areas worse. Stains on dining room chairs left with spots. Texted with pictures and customer service quickly responded. Second Tech Trey did a great job on the chairs and carpets but after drying, carpets showed foot prints everywhere after walking on them. Third time cleaning carpets did the same result. Paul did a great job but still looked the same after drying. Before cleaning we never had this happening. Carpets actually looked darker Great customer service but disappointed. Told us it was the nature of the carpet.

The technician, Ryan, was able to get out tough nail polish and lotion stains left behind by a tenant. He was friendly, quick, professional, explained the process, and did a great job! The booking and scheduling process online and by text was very convenient. We would definitely recommend Zerorez and use again!

I’ve been using Zerorez for a number of years. They have never let me down. However, the technician they sent out for this job, Ryan, did an incredible job. He utilized a device that none of the other technicians used, which was some sort of roller that lifted and loosened up the dirt in the carpet. Because our carpet is off white, there was an immediate and noticeable difference in the carpet that even my wife commented on how bright the carpet looked. Ryan paid close attention to details that are typically missed by other technicians who have cleaned my carpets in the past. Needless to say, I’m asking for Ryan the next time I get the carpets done. He was OUTSTANDING!

My Technician was Amazing! She explained the best treatment possible based on our needs, and helped me understand the process. She was also extremely informative on future care. I am so appreciative of how thorough she was. My carpets have come back to life!

I’m so thrilled with the results! I had two dirty reclining chairs cleaned, as well as my carpets, and even a piece of outdoor furniture cleaned. My once dirty chairs look so nice and clean , and my carpets look and feel fantastic! Our tech was clean cut, and very polite. He worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Zerorez!

We are very pleased with Zerorez and the service men. They did a terrific job at our Gilbert home. We had some very nasty pet stains and the came up very well, except for some older stains. Wonderful experience all around! We are very attached to our vintage furniture that are both sentimental and literally 100 years old in two of the pieces cases! Add a sectional that is 56 years old and a love seat that was a gift from our high ranking military son when he earned a bonus after returning from deployment , and you can guess we had high standards. All looks fresh, beautiful and ready for the next wave of grandbabies to visit! Love to live in furniture but keep it loved but without harsh chemicals so a perfect fit! Will happily recommend !
