Most Will be surprised to see a five star rating with this review. We had multiple delays getting our doors. Our three exterior doors took months to get here. I also ordered three storm doors for the new exterior doors. And on the day of install for the storm doors as we were opening the last box we realized the storm door was black instead of white. So as you can see we had a number of issues with my order. What I can say is that most of this was not the fault of Zeskinds. Their suppliers was the reason for the delay. I can tell you that Rick and Kevin bent over backwards doing everything they could to expedite my order and try to get it to me in a timely fashion. The Larson storm door that was the wrong color, it was a black door in a box marked white. Again they had no control over that. I would most definitely recommend them because of the attempts of giving me the best costumer service possible under the circumstances and bending over backwards doing what they could to make it right. The issues with my order was caused by their suppliers and Zeskinds was left to deal with the mess at no fault of their own. Thank you guys for all you did for me. Ron Schreiber

Dropped off a window screen this morning around 8am and it was ready by 3:30pm just like they said it would be. And for a reasonable price! And when I got back, Mike even helped me match a screw I needed within seconds. I'll definitely be back again.

I don't live in the area anymore, but this store is great! The guys know their stuff and they'll help you figure out what you need if you're not sure. Always a good experience going there. Prices aren't bad, and if you don't see what you need, just ask. They probably have it.

Always nice..sometimes the item is new and will not go with an old idea..Or gotta keep looking for the right part of fixture

Mike and Earl? Well, I needed to replace a drill bit and I did not have the key. They really helped me out by getting the bit out and replacing it with the one I just bought. The price of the bit - $2. They were both super nice and took the time to even draw me a picture of type of bit key I would need to have in the future. I will make the trip to just give this store my business. Sincerely, Drill Bit Lady!

Worked with Zeskins on multiple projects. While I used to love their support, I can no longer share this sentiment. The team is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. If you are looking for profession service, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Mike was unresponsive and would take 1-2 weeks to either provide a quote or respond to any communication. Extremely disappointed!!

I have now purchased windows for three different homes from Zeskinds and strongly recommend them. They come out and take measurements to ensure that the order is accurate and will fit. They are always prompt with their quotes and they come in with the best prices. They have helped me with specialty orders for historic neighborhoods in Baltimore so that I can order windows to match the neighborhood's requirements. I have also ordered well-priced standard vinyl windows from them. If you think you may have a hard time finding something, I strongly recommend that you reach out to them.

Zedskins’s Rick, Mike, Kenny and George is the best hardware store. They are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all things related to their business. Many times I have stopped in or call them just to ask them a question...I know I will get an honest answer. They make my life easier because of their location and I don’t have to drive all the way to Home Depot, respectful costumer service and variety of products. Need a bolt, copy a key, cabinet, bed bug spray...you name it, just ask them.

These guys are the best! I have been going to their store for years and for many different products - roofing, windows, doors, misc tools and materials. Rick, Mike and the rest of the guys at Zeskinds are full of knowledge, and very helpful. One of the last places where you still get a local community feeling, great prices, and really great service. Mercury Mgmt provides maintenance and management work for landlords through the metro area and I always recommend Zeskinds.
