I was not happy with my previous accountants. I found this company online and picked it based on the positive reviews. No appointment was needed and when I arrived, the guy at the front was very nice venice welcoming. I did not have to wait and was helped straight away. I did not have to spend hours there and I got my return same day. They were great and helpful. The office was nice and it was conveniently located close to the subway and the bus was right outside. Very happy with the service and my experience was great!
I have been doing my tax returns here for the past few years. The office is very modern and clean. Most people do not look forward to getting their taxes done, but I enjoy it because each year, i'm greeted with friendly faces, helpful and knowledgable staff. I also needed to get some documents notarized, and they have an onsite notary. I definitely recommend this great accounting firm!
Finally filed my tax today. The lady that helped me was Yvonne. She not only helped with my tax filing, she also taught me a lot. She was soft spoke and was very patient with me. She answered every single question I came up with. The cost was less than Turbo and HR Block.
Honestly, I think other reviews are fake. They are my accountant for past 4 years and within those 4 years I have different accountant working with me. They continuously changing their staff and there's no working relationship can last. I have to adjust their personality, some of them are good and bad. Also they overcharge me and whenever I need assistance file, they ask me to pay for service fee. The customer service suck. Currently, I'm looking for new accountant firm.
