I was initially hesitant to use Ziebart — I’d seen some negative reviews on Yelp, but didn’t see them until the night before my appointment. From the moment I walked in, my concerns were relieved. I’d told the first person I’d been talking to Levi about having a ceramic application on my new Tesla, and Levi came right over. He explained the process and what I should expect. I had additional questions about tinting and potential PPF, and he answered all of my questions and gave me pricing as well. The work? Cannot say how happy I am with the result. Great work, great communication. I’ve been over the car a few times now looking for any issues and cannot find a single thing. Would wholeheartedly recommend this shop, and look forward to using them in the future!Service: Auto detailing
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! This place is a joke, there's no customer service when you have an issue, they answer you with a cookie cutter reply they have for everyone. They won't admit to messing up and doing an awful job. They won't even look into the situation, they just flat out lie and say they didn't do it. And I know the reply I will get from them on this will be the same as last time and for everyone else. It makes them sound like they will respond to you but in reality they don't or won't, they ignore you and hope you go away. Stay away from this business!!!!Service: Auto detailing

My experience was terrible. Buyer beware if you have to deal with the lowest intellectually challenged person who claims to be a manager. A little empathy is all it would have taken but irrational manners shows this place is and will not be run well. Service desk personnel were great especially Brian. He was terrific. One of the techs I met was so insightful and interesting to talk to that makes one wonder how they choose managers at that store
Had windows tinted on my Chevy Bolt. Polite and helpful employees answered all of my questions. They finished car on time. Very pleased with the quality of the tint film and warranty.
I absolutely love my ceramic tint! I don't mind paying a little more for a lifetime warranty, and their work is always excellent. I will always come back!
Be prepared to be without vehicle all day, and then discover they havent even completed simple service like vacuuming interior. They will call you to try to sell you more services, but nothing else. No updates, no call telling you when car will be or is ready.
Thanks to the guy's at Zebart. I just had my annual treatment done plus an engine detail. Got my truck back and it was beautiful. Great job guy's!!!Services: Full body wash
Salesman from a year ago described what service I would get differently. The fabric treatment is complimentary if you are researching while buying a car. And you have to pay to get scratches buffed. I had a few spots on my passenger seat that were not cleaned before complimentary fabric treatment. I am not really impressed. You have to pay extra for other services which they try to sell you which was no surprise. I probably won't go back. I'm salty about the car Salesman making it seem like something it definitely wasn't.
Service was okay, though I thought it was a little overpriced. Not to mention they stole my radar detector out of my vehicle and refused to tell the truth. Customer service has been awful with this experience. Will not be going backService: Paint repair
