Update: No one has gotten back to me. I had to purchase red tape see picture it from oreillys because my back light was ripped off. It looks horrible and I only had this car for 6 months… I called the number several times. I was told someone would contact me. Never I called my insurance and they said they will have to contact their insurance.I went by there they said no manager there and took my info.  Such a hassle!!  I just purchased today monthly get home and my back light is gone. I called can’t get ahold of anyone

My husband and I have very busy schedules and it is hard for us to get to the car wash when our car needs it. We love the cleaning our car gets at Zips  car wash all while remaining our car ,then we're on our way. We loved the fresh smell it leaves in the car also when we go through the car wash. But here lately there is no smell and we miss it. We recently visited Oklahoma City this week and was surprised to find a Zips car wash there and was able to have a clean car while on vacation. Do yourself a favor and bypass this “car wash.” The employee was so thrilled to be there that he came nonchalant lazy walking around the building at 8:15. While there was a line of about 7 cars. He was in no hurry but checked his phone! Not to mention the soap left on my car, and how horribly streaked it was, after paying $15.

I visited the Zips on S MacArthur and W Reno. I had a small issue with the car wash but Kuinlnn was available and very helpful! He knew exactly how to resolve the problem and made me smile in the process. It was a cold day but he had a great attitude about doing his job well. Great experience because he was there!

The so called manager seems to have the attitude of a know it all, which I’m sure he wishes. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I have canceled my membership on the spot! Car was not washed and ended up with a deep scratch on the front bumper. His “honest opinion” can go down the trash with his attitude. I see why your here at your age Chris. AVOID THIS PLACE ! Adding I’m placing here as proof that you said my membership will be canceled if I get charged I will personally go in person and expect a response from the OWNER

So I’m a member at club car wash but they only have few locations in okc so today since I was on a tight time limit before heading to work I decided to go to zips car wash on Reno. After my car pushed through the wash I went to the vacuums the vacuum was very weak. After I vacuum I wanted to dry my car off before it gets water stains cause it shows on black cars there were no rags for me to dry so I went to the guy in the car wash area he was a bigger white guy with headphones on I told him I need a rag to clean my car he said look on the cart rudely voice I told him there none so I went to the other guy by where you pay a Hispanic guy he was very nice and got me a few rags. But next time I just need to risk being late for work and go to club carwash

Daniel is so amazing! He always has a great attitude and so welcoming whenever we come here to get our cars washed! He is one of the reasons why we come to this location

I was through here on Friday and was extremely disappointed.  Paid for the top of the line wash and the brushes missed several key areas.  Back door is filthy in the middle, wheels are all still dirty and also around the wheel arches.  Very disappointed and won't be using a zippy's again.

Daniel and Bryan were amazing and very helpful and understanding when I didn’t put my truck in Neutral and back up the car wash line.

I highly recomend this place i used them in texas and they are just as good in okc i was at the reno location and they had great customer serice I believe his name was Daniel he was very helpful with purchasing the right wash with the dingyness of my vehicle once again thanks zips Service:&nbsp;Auto detailing
