Stopped for a wash this morning. This is after the second time through. The manager said they don’t guarantee that your vehicle will be clean and didn’t even want to give me a rehash. I told them they need a sign posted to inform people that they don’t guarantee a clean wash. The guy working the wand inside the wash may as well have been spraying with his eyes closed, he say all the dirt and simply ignored it.
Have a membership, and always come out with a clean look and love the free vacuum. I think a lady named Charlene??? Helped me update my membership since my card debit had expired. The line was quick and love how they were open on cold days which prevented the salt from deteriorating my paint.
It's not often that you can say you had a memorable experience at carwash, but I was fortunate enough to have one. The process was easy, the staff was friendly, and my car came out sparkling clean. The vacuums were working great. In fact they were doing such a good job that before I could realize it i sucked up my ring that I had removed temporarily. I panicked bc this ring has a lot of sentimental value that can't be replaced. When I went to talk to the manager she could definitely see how distressed I was as I was tearing up explaining what happened. She was very kind and reassuring. She came to open the vacuum for me and I was prepared to frantically dig through all the yucky dusty debris alone, but she went above and beyond by locating my lost treasure. The service is a simple car wash. The attendant is to use a power wash prior to entering the moving line. The problem is the attendant only stands on one side of the car so the other side of the front grill, windshield, front quarter panel, etc doesn’t gets touched.
The staff at the Andover KS Zipps no longer do a handheld pre-wash. I live on a dirt road and use many of the Zipps in this area. All the other locations still provide the prewash. Without the pre-wash on the back window, my car doesn’t get completely clean. I’m disappointed and wonder if I should switch companies.
Highly do not recommend. 1 person standing outside, acting weird, at the payment area, trying to "help" tired to grab for my credit card without asking. 1 person with longer hair, barely spraying one side of my car prior to wash starting, not sure they were paying attention at all. No eye contact to make sure I was lined up or anything. Almost none of the vacuums work, when I asked if someone could help with this today, they said they just don't work but a couple, I had to go find the only guy that was my sprayer, he was in the bathroom with the room open...like what the heck - no one is running this place. I left. Horrible customer service.
I was amazed by how well the vacuums worked at cleaning out my car! And the staff are always nice. Definitely recommend this location!!Service: Vacuuming
Had damages talked with manager informed me I would receive a call within 3 days. Nobody has called its been 10 days no call. Yet they faithfully draft $35.00 per month.
The worst customer service ever! Those kids on the Andover location are horrible, their business hours supposed to be closed at 7pm, but for some reason they’re alway closed at 6, complained to the manager, he’s rudely ignoring me! Went to the Webb location, the vacuum pump won’t work! Ohh lord… By Far, the best solution is to drove extra 9 miles to the 37th Street location! I gave them 2 passes hopefully they will do something about this.
Came in and got the top wash on December 19, 2021. Soon as I came out, I noticed these swirl marks on my hood. Attendant acknowledged those weren’t there before obviously And had me fill out a complaint form. Also told me I needed to get three quotes before they would reimburse me. I got the quotes. Nobody ever reached out to me, and I’ve reached out to this location several times to follow up. Haven’t gotten a response, so I tried to hit up corporate and social media - They’ve been placating me ever since that I would get a response soon. Hate to leave negative reviews, but now it’s been two full months. Be warned. —Edit— they responded to this review and said they’d reach out 3 weeks ago. Still nothing
