I never write reviews…like ever! For ZMANA though….I will! This is hands down the best security company I have ever encountered and I have been a home owner for 29 years . During the lockdown my daughter and I were alone in our home and we had a break in. I didn’t have the front door locked. Kevin from zmana came over and spent over two hours locating all the footage of the intruder. We were able to prosecute because of this. I was checked in on often after that by the company simply to see if I felt safe. They really go above and beyond in service. I am a single mom and I am horrible with technology. I at first was terrified of their system. Wel…...there is absolutely nothing for me to be intimidated by. Kevin, my ZMANA angel, will quickly come over and help me with any problem I have….yep….he will COME OVER! I have never experienced such service and professionalism in a security company. There was one time I thought a package had been stolen. I felt no issue or embarrassment in calling my provider Kevin to help me figure it out. He of corse found the issue and helped me. What I love most is that I never feel embarrassed when I make a silly mistake, like trip My alarm or forget my password. They give me such personal service that I don’t worry for my safety. I know they have my back! That is a HUGE deal as a single mom!!!. When they were installing everything I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and the fast completion of service and how discreet all the cameras are. It is a scary time in the world. I am prone to anxiety especially being alone with a child after a break in! I sincerely appreciate this company so very much. I feel safe and at peace when at home alone with my daughter and this is completely because of ZMANA.
