Zoom Room is amazing! The puppy playgroup has given us a safe, fun way to socialize our puppy stress free! Our dog loves going and we love taking him. It's a breath of fresh air to give him an outlet and chat with other puppy parents. The training classes are also perfect because we can go at our own pace and if we have to miss a class we can jump right back in. This place is seriously the best. I highly recommend.
My pup, Finn is a 12 month old Australian Shepherd. We started agility training a couple months ago. He loves it and we’ve already moved up to Agility 2. The instructors are great and it provides mental as well as physical stimulation, which my Aussie craves.
They people that work here are really nice and understanding. There are always multiple people to help and answer any questions. My pup Otis is having a great time in training and play group. We do group classes and it really works for us because having the ability to work through the exercises while other dogs are there is helping us work through his over excitement and strengthen his attention span.
Zoom Room has been great for our dogs! The puppy classes and playgroup are perfect for socialization and exposure to new things/situations. I love the group classes because it helps your dogs practice working through distractions, but you still get one-on-one moments to ask questions and get help with things you and your dog are struggling with. The agility classes have also been a great way to have fun and strengthen my bond with our older dog - can't wait til our puppy is old enough to try! They also have healthy/delicious treats, toys, and puzzles available for purchase in the lobby. Highly recommend Zoom Room to anyone with a dog!
I have an extremely active, stubborn but adorable pug puppy. I decided to give Zoom Room a shot after being disappointed with other trainers. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It is always maintained meticulously clean. Sierra has done puppy classes, puppy playgroup and an Agility 1 class. She and I both love it. It has helped with unwanted behaviors at home. Would definitely recommend!
I've been taking my puppy to Zoom Room for about 2 months now and he LOVES it. I like how every class it's something different and they expose the puppies to everything. They have a wide variety of treats and toys. The products are more on the pricey side but its a quality LOCAL business : Even if you don't have a puppy to train its a great place for dogs of all ages. They have play groups for socializing, obedience and agility classes. The employees are all very welcoming and friendly.
My Dog is a high energy/intelligence border collie/jack russell mix. I wanted to get him into agility training and luckily found ZoomRoom. What a great place to train your fur babies! And for group play that's supervised we don't go to dog parks due to two prior attacks. So happy to have found this wonderful place for my boy - he's loving it!
My husband & I adopted an Australian Shepard and she is now almost 7 months. We started our training journey with a referral from a friend. We stayed with that trainer for two sets of Puppy training classes. We loved the results but wanted more systematic training. We did a search on Internet and found the Zoom Room! We wholeheartedly agree that these trainers are outstanding!! We just finished our 6th class and can not believe the positive gains our pup has made! We plan on continuing our training with Zoom Room and even try the Agility Training and Urban Herders as our pup progresses and grows.
We have completed five classes now and it has definitely been helpful. We have learned new approaches and ways to train our puppy we hadn’t thought about. The trainers have all been great and so friendly. They know him by name when he comes in already. Now that we have progressed to level two they are offering more advice for making things more challenging which is great. Our puppy quickly learned how to “game” the system for more treats so offering advice to shake things up for our dog has been helpful. You also should bring a partner with you to class with your dog as clicking, rewarding and holding your dogs leash all at the same time is challenging with just one person. I do wish they enforced the “be on time” rule though. We had one class when two dogs showed up late at separate times and the rest of us basically sat and waited twice while they brought the others up to speed. It’s great that they are flexible but it was late enough that it became a detriment to the class that day. I wish the online schedule was able to tell you who the trainer for the class will be. There is one trainer in particular that is a bit gruff and always seems to be chewing pet owners out. She makes you feel a bit like a child and she is your teacher setting you straight. Her methods in class are also inconsistent with other trainers at the facility which makes things confusing. She will likely be the reason we don’t renew another package for more classes. We have had her several times and I’m just not fond of her and her approach. All of our other trainers have been fabulous though and if I knew she would not be our trainer I would like continue classes that this individual was not leading.
