Zoyo Frozen Yogurt - Tempe

Just a little disappointed with the yogurt ice cream. It was watery and not creamy! Not sure if the mixture was still in the process of churning to become ice cream, but the same ice cream we received for the 5k the following day was creamy vanilla and tasted great! Either way, it was still good. We just wanted to support our local businesses.

We used to go here weekly but service has been steadily declining. Final straw for us is we bought in a $25 gift card and the girl at the front counter said sorry your card expired it was from last Christmas so about 1 year ago. We took several family members out so there were 8 of us. The girl at the counter said there was nothing they could do in fact she has seen other people buy cards and go to use them just a couple weeks later and they don’t work and again there is nothing they could do to help them either so I guess they increase profit margins by selling bogus gift cards. Had a chance to say sorry for the inconvenience let me give you 10% discount to make up for your lost $25 but nope just nothing we can do. There was actually plenty they could do they just choose not to. I would gladly support a new location as long as it wasn’t same ownership as this store is has horrible integrity.

We had a great time on veterans Day having a family date. The server there was very friendly and helpful. The place is kept clean, which is hard to do with self-serve toppings. Everything was fresh and we had great time.

Great selection of flavors and toppings. Friendly service. Loyalty program-- 1 point for every dollar spent, $5 off when you get to 45 points. Tuesdays are double point days!

I always get tart and the flavor at Zoyo compared to some other froyo places I’ve tried around it doesn’t taste yogurty .. it’s pretty watery. plus the fruits I got strawberry and mango are a bit spoiled.. not super satisfied.

Love the frozen yogurt! Clean inside! Easy to find. Lord of parking, fresh flavors and great service! Highly recommend this location

Great flavors, tons of options and a huge selection of toppings. The location is really cool, with an awesome garage door store front. The gal running the place was very friendly and had everything nice and clean. I'm only docking one star because it's quite spendy, compared to other fro yo places we frequent even at the same weight. Besides that, this place is great!

I find the air fans on the patio particularly loud at this location. But my kids like that it's right by school. The selection is good toppings are kept neat

Awesome flavors. Would reccomend the Kool aid and mango flavor. Definitely won't disappoint. 10/10 would visit again. Beware can be a little pricey as they charge by weight. But yeah just a heads up

Excellent customer service and awesome fro-yo! This location is super clean and the staff is super helpful. They let my daughters sample the new flavors which they LOVE. They have so many toppings too! With all of the different yogurt shops out there to choose from, this Zoyo location stands out thanks to friendliness of their staff and a variety of yogurts and toppings. I’ll be a regular for sure!
