Ken is amazing! My dad recently passed away and we needed a dumpster to take care of moving items. She was empathetic, attentive, great with follow up and responsiveness and very polite on the phone. Her customer service skills are impeccable. I wanted to hire her! Due to her customer care, I would recommend Zters to others and use them again in the future. Go Kenneshia!
This has been one of the worst interactions with almost any company I've ever had. Order a dumpster to be delivered and it was delivered 3 days later than it was supposed to be and only delivered them because I called them repeatedly for 3 days. Then when they drop the dumpster off they put it up so close to the carport that I couldn't open the door to walk things into it which was one of the main reasons why I chose that kind of dumpster. Not to mention that they blocked my car under the carport. There was room to fit two of those size dumpsters where they put it so there was no excuse. Now I'm trying to get it picked back up and they told me to call the day before and I did. They told me that they probably couldn't do it the next day but could do it the following which I was not happy about but really didn't have too much of a choice. Now it has been 5 days since I've called and they have still yet to come pick it up, no one will answer the phone, no one will call me back from the multiple messages that I've left and I need this dumpster out of the driveway. These are just terrible business practices.
When trying to manage many different contractors on various construction projects things can get very hectic trying to orchestrate schedules and deadlines. Rhonda F. at Zters made renting a roll-back dumpster rental the easiest part of the last project I had to oversee. I will absolutely refer them to anyone needing dumpsters or portable bathrooms and I will ask for Rhonda personally next time I need them.
Have been working with Zters for almost 2 years now, and they have been fantastic every step of the way. Big kudos to Tabitha Walker who is our account rep. She definitely goes above and beyond to ensure we get our equipment delivered on time and within budget. Tabitha, Zters, y’all are a great partner for us at Dynamic National Inc.
Driver was great! Parked the dumpster exactly where I needed it. Promptly picked it up when we were finished. Faye was helpful & courteous & got everything scheduled as we needed. Great service!
I want to start by saying that this was the worst experience we've ever had with Zters. We used their services for 9 months and they failed to do what we were paying for. We were renting a potty, they took a monthly payment automatically, in return they were supposed to clean it twice a month and it was done as planned but for the last 2 or 3 months no one came to clean it, but yet we were Still paying. After we called to report it, our property was vandalized, things were stolen by the same people who cleaned it, we have it on camera. I called, my husband called, email as well. We were assigned to an Issac who never took the time to call us to let us know about our complaint. Charges had to be filed, and Issac said credit would be given for the months that the toilet was not cleans, but he never follow through. I even spoke to a supervisor by the name I think was either Steve or Dave, and he said he would look into it and never heard back. We finally canceled our services do to lack of communication from their end and not following through with what they said they would do. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY... I'd like to retract on my review to some extent. Zters, specifically David has done well on his word to help in this situation and make things better. Removed the previous supplier and has added a new supplier on a very timely manner. He has also given us credits owed to us. Thanks David.
They subcontracted a porta potty service near Harrisonburg VA to bring a toilet to my event and that company never showed. Ordered months in advance and was assured that they serviced that rural area. I had called Tuesday the week of my event and I was again assured it would be delivered that Friday. Friday it never showed up by the time of rehearsal. I called and was told the truck had broken down and it was reassigned to another driver. Again I was assured it was on the way for that evening or would be delivered no later than 9am Saturday morning. Of course it didn’t show by sat morning, Zteres hoped it would still be there by 3 pm the day of the event. But again it never showed and didn’t come by the time of the event at 5:30 p.m. They were polite with their apologies, they continued to say it was because the truck had broken down. However I feel had I not been strung along I could’ve had time to order toiletries from another company in time for the event. They claim they won’t use that company anymore, but if they subcontract other local companies why couldn’t my order have been shifted to another local company that was willing to fill the order? Why couldn’t they just say your order was canceled please find another company. Upon Monday I called about my refund at 9am which I was informed it was in the process, but also that the dispatcher for the subcontracted company had stated the destination was too far out for them to deliver to. Personally it was humiliating, I feel like the local company saw the destination and just didn’t want to bring it and then I was strung along in the process. If I know who the company they subcontracted was I would leave them a bad review too.
The worst experience. We ordered three units to be placed for our annual community event. I provided a map of exactly where the units were to be placed. I asked a time they would be delivered and the company stated that they could not provide a time. No one called the day of delivery. I went to the location to find the units were placed in the middle of our event space. I called the company as soon as we arrived to get someone back out to move them but were told everyone was gone for the day. I was asked if I had someone to move them for me. Management has called me back to offer a 50% refund and a 15% discount on future booking. This is absurd. We should not be responsible for delivery of units that were placed in the middle of our event especially when a map was provided. The units were used and I understand they need to be cleaned however, we should not be responsible for any delivery, set up, or labor costs as the company did not resolve the issue after placing them in the middle of our event. I had to move all vendors around the morning of the event to accommodate Zters failure. The event map was completed months in advance. Our guests at the event had to look at these units all day as they were right in the middle of our event. Zters needs to make this right and credit us back the full amount of the units. We are a 501c3 and provided a solution to you that you could even write this off as a donation and you refused. I truly hope that you will do the right thing here.
If i could rate a 0, I would. I am Replying to the comment before mine- Fabi Almaraz. I am the person living on the property this porta potty was supposed to be delivered to. We have 2 others who can confirm this was not delivered. I think it is completely outrageous and unprofessional that this company is literally trying to fight us saying they delivered it when we personally called my in laws to deliver from their local company LAST MINUTE. Zters was supposed to deliver by Friday afternoon and were a no show. My sister in law and her partner came Saturday, the day of the event, at around 12pm to personally deliver it. To make matters worse, this company decides to come to my home to take a picture of this OTHER COMPANY porta potty, take credit, and suddenly want to explain that “ they work with lots of local companies.” I have Never experienced working with such an unprofessional company. Any other would be HONEST and just refund. But they decide to do extra and still keep our money. Think twice before you book. I recommend just booking directly with LOCAL companies- way better communication.
