I previously left a negative experience review. Since then them owner called me and we worked out the details. I want to thank her for her professionalism and understanding. I give 5 stars for her willingness to work with us. We are still a future client.
Although I was shocked at the price of a mobile groomer, overall it was a great experience. It only took about an hour for a full groom and my bishon looked so cute when they where done. The only thing missed was getting the hair out of his ears but otherwise Heather did a great job.
They were very understanding of our emergency situation, efficient and professional!
Viola came and did a wonderful job on my bichon!
