Store return policy is beyond ridiculous you go in with the original purchase receipt and just want an even exchange be prepared to provide them with all of your information your name, number, address, telephone, email as well as your DOB. Shishhh I was waiting for them to ask me for my SS#. Something that should’ve taken less than 5 min took over 15 min while the cashier typed all the fake information I provided. Will no longer shop there.
I thought I wouldn't of had a good experience there from all the other reviews but as soon as I got in and went to look at the decks this really nice girl came and helped, I was hoping she knew about skateboarding and she did she recommended things to me that i wouldn't have thought of and afterwards it took 30-45 minutes for them to put it together. And oh my God did this board fly with one push love it. Sorry about the light in the pictures I was using phone flash light since I was in the dark
walked into the fitting room and this is the mirror….. like i get you need to maintain an aesthetic but wth ?? and i think the store is used to teenagers shoplifting bc they assume everyone is trying to steal loll
You find swimsuits in Zumiez in winter.
Cool store with pretty cool gear. My only issue is they seem to have size in anything I want. But, they do have great graphic design hoodies and tees.
Great selection of skate board style wear. Good deals and the staff was friendly and helpful good store for teenagers
They have a lot of things my daughter likes. Staff is very polite and friendly. They are respectful and always willing to help. Nice to see this in a store with a lot of young workers. You don't get that in many stores run by young management these days.
I live for this store! My skateboard is perfect and they have such a big selection! I went to KCDC in Brooklyn and I left because I couldn’t find anything that I liked but, this store had everything that I wanted and more! The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
This particular store has rude employees, one of whom made fun of my disabled son. When I brought this up to the manager, he did nothing. I would have been satisfied with a simple apology. Consider my patronage ended.
The sizes are terrible: large is too small and extra large is too big. Plus the actually store is messy unorganized, with things all over the place and counter. An employee literally asked me to put a rack of clothes on another stack, all messy and in a pile. The employees were talking to each other. The fitting room is horrendous as in there is literally no place without graffiti orvandalism, really ads to the skater theme. They would burn without Thrasher.
