Zumiez

Bought my tein girls shoes and the employees stayed after closing to build my nephew a custom board. I didnt get her name, but she had 1/2 blonde and brunette hair. She was amazing. She should definitely be store manager.. if shes not manager some time soon it will be very disappointing to see you guys lose talent. Speaking as a business owner myself

Last school year, I had to pick up my grandson and he left his back packing my car. So he goes out to get it. As he comes in, I noticed the back pack of how cool it was! I asked, "where did he'd purchase it from?" His reply, "Zumiez!" What kind of store is that, I asked? He explained to me what the store was, I said, "Okay, we'll my sons and I check it out, when we go school shopping. So we did and they liked the merch that's in there. We said, "They have some cool stuff!" So we bought two back packs this year!

Service is wonderful. Manager is such a cool guy as well as all the other employees. Typically I prefer my local skate shop but I work in the mall so it's just easier to go to zumiez but I couldn't come up with a complaint even if I tried. Except maybe the prices

The employees were super helpful they helped me pick the parts I needed for my new board and they gave their full time with assisting me, I'm going to make going here a regular thing anytime I need to get parts for my board or just anytime I'm generally visiting the mall!

My son has been dragging me to this store since he started skateboarding around the age of 9 he's 21yrs old now. I came in the store on Christmas Eve for stocking stuffers and I couldn't tell who worked there it was so packed. I never go wrong with this store

The place was filthy and the service sucked. Tried to buy some grip for my bous, but nobody was available. Turns ouy, the employees were too busy chatting it up on the sales floor to be preoccupied with customers. The cash wrap area was covered and surrounded in boxes. Once I finally got somones attention, the service was ok. But I had to search them Out! :/

by the reviews i read, it seems like a possibly good place. i havent been there tho. before i came there i called and asked about the store hours and they told me closing time is 10:30pm when i arrived to zumiez at 9pm they were closed : tomorrow ill write a review because ill be actually going there. ~cheyanne young 12/14/19 have a great day or night!

They have nice stuff here I might have what you need but the place is always such a mess. The staff is nice but they sure don't clean up the place.

Employee was super helpful I didn’t find the item needed at the store but she did offer to order on line for me.
