Zurchers

The workers were so helpful! I love the set up of this store. It’s large and well decorated with wide aisles. The parking lot usually has plenty of spaces, despite it being in a busier area. I came today to make an impromptu balloon bouquet for my friends birthday. The store was well staffed and I didn’t have to wait for help despite it being a busy Saturday! Everyone working there was friendly and helpful and accommodating as I kept changing my mind. In the end I had a funky purple and lime green space cowboy bouquet with cow print latex balloons and holographic star Mylar balloons! It was super fun to make and I felt like the scenery just added to my creative energy. I think the end cost was about $20. Overall, wonderful experience at this particular Zurchers location.

Perfect spot to get all decoration needs for birthdays or any other type of celebration. Parking is ample the store is super organized. Amira not sure if I spelled her name right was super kind, helpful, and friendly. I was able to get what I needed quickly and the prices were super reasonable. I will be back and I highly recommend.

Karmen gave incredible service! Hard to find good service in retail. Definitely needs to be in leadership.

Overpriced balloons and helium. I spent $25 on these 4 balloons and the picture are the balloons 20 hours later. They guarantee at least 25 hours. I included a pic of a Valentine balloon I bought at the dollar store over a month ago to show just how bad the Zurcher quality is.

Today I went to a Zurchers for the first time and I was having a hard time finding a few items and I asked the girl at the front but she was absolutely no help. Afterwards I came across three young ladies who were very helpful, Kenia, Maddy and Alison! Very friendly and approachable! Thank you so much for the help ladies.

Great, helpful staff. We purchased around 18 balloons with helium for a celebration event. When we got back to the office, one got away and another one popped. Because we needed to spell something specific I ended up going back to purchase replacements. The associate remembered me from my prior visit and replaced both balloons at no charge. I was more than happy to pay for them 1 was $10, but she insisted on just giving them to me. The balloons made our celebration memorable and I will go back for my balloon needs in the future! Thank you!!

Went to this store for some party supplies. I was so pleasantly surprise at the service and cleanliness of the store!! Amazing customer service from the staff! Will definitely be back.

Zurchers is great for more than just balloons and Halloween costumes. Sometimes I forget it exists actually but today I went for valentines cake decorating and was not disappointed. Then I started actually walking the aisles and realized they have everything. Maybe it's because my kids are older now so I'm not deep into birthday parties. I digress. I got everything I needed today and wa pleasantly pleased with the prices. They had a ton of stuff for superbowl as well. Platters, bowls, plates and cutlery, decorations and balloons. We got a heart shaped cake pan for valentines, cake decorations and tools. We could not find a heart shaped pan anywhere. Not even the big stores you would expect to find one. While I know you can make a heart shape with a square and round pan we didn't need that much cake so this one was perfect. Shout out Zurchers!

Whenever we have any family activity, such as graduation, promotion, 4 of July celebration, etc. We found everything that we need in this location.

The person who helped me was so kind and friendly. I wish I remembered to get her name.
