There are four sizes that each rent for a different price. The sizes and prices are as follows:
5x 10: $30
10x10:$40
10x15:$50
10x20:$70
10x30:$90
Each tenant is given a security code. You must provide your own lock for your unit. All tenants are required to use a round lock. Rent is due on the 1st day of each month and is late after the 10th day of each month. We do not send out monthly statements. There is a $10 late fee charged and a $30 returned check fee. If you're late your code will be taken out until rent is paid in full. Any tenant that is over 60 days past due is subject to having the contents of their unit sold without prior notice. Tenant is responsible for obtaining renters insurance to cover the contents of their unit(s).
Please Note: The only month that is pro-rated is the month presently in at time of rental. Refunds will not be given if units are vacated early.
