After a long anticipated opening I've finally made it inside! Good prices, good selection. The owner is nice. I forgot my lighter and he ran outside to give it back to me! Parking is easy. I'll be back for sure!
Please check bought merchandise before leaving store! This establishment sells disposable e-cig devices that have dead batteries. I originally came in and bought a disposable e-cig for $14.99. When I got home, I unboxed it and took a puff and noticed the battery light blinking meaning it is dead and to be disposed of. I immediately called them and they stated that “for those specifically we don’t give refunds or exchanges”. I returned to the store. There is nowhere written on their E-cig counter-shelf any of this. I demonstrated that the device was dead and he said he would knock off the next one for half price, so I paid $7.99. While standing there I puffed and again, dead battery light blinking. I warned him that the remaining in the box might be dead too with the way things were going. He then proceeds to tell me there is a better brand “these will work for sure” that sells for $29.99. Mind you, I’ve already spent $22.98 on useless products. He would’ve easily just charged me 7 bucks to make up for the 2 previous purchases. I told him this and he refused and said he could only knock it down to $24.99. I bought it and tested it and it worked. Please don’t offset the charges for a faulty/dead product to the customer. Provide a refund in such cases or an exchange - that is good business! You can then report your findings to the manufacture you bought it from. If they want to keep your business then they will refund you or maybe even exchange. You could do all of this to prevent a negative business review. Think of the people reading this, that will decide not to shop there because of your mistreatment of customers. Be fair to your customers and they will keep coming back!
I had the up most respect for one of the owners, I had been into there store multiple times and he’s giving me discount here an there!!! I’ve spent well over $500 on glass and other stuff, then I go into there store today and the dude accuses me of breaking into his store or knowing who did because some lady in line heard something I said... lol I got into it with the other part owner because the way he was treating me and on the way out I said that’s exactly why your store got broken into!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! They lost a loyal customer and are both POS!!!
It's an awesome little market has good variety
Man behind the counter wasn’t wearing a mask. I said “no mask huh?” He pointed at the plexiglass barrier hanging two feet from the counter and said “I have this.” I said “so that’s the same thing huh?” He pointed at his mouth and said “too hard to dip with a mask on.” We’re seven months deep into a pandemic. This very store has a sign that says you need a mask to enter. Enjoy your call from OSHA, you dingdongs. Dipping is gross anyway, don’t.
I went in looking for sriracha which they usually carry. I couldn’t find any. I must’ve spent too much time in the store searching because the man behind the counter started yelling “put everything back if you’re not buying!” I was holding one Powerade. When I approached the counter the man asked me twice if I had put everything back. I hadn’t picked up anything except the Powerade. Won’t be returning.
It was horrible I tried to get the cashier's attention to buy some merchandise, but he had no time for us he was on his phone and ignored us even when I said excuse me can i get some help. He was rude he didn't seem like he wanted to help us at all when I asked him a question he gave me a smart Alec remark. I'll never go there again the help was horrible.
Nice little store, clean and well stocked with a wide assortment of drinks and such, good location
Came here and the guy was pretty rude, they also didn't offer a bathroom or could communicate where one might be. Prices where double what they should be, don't get ripped off.
Great little in and out convenient store with a lot of glass
