It was fine. Not like it used to be when Billy and Faye was there. Miss theme there. Staff were fine but could have been better.
Facility is run down. I wouldn’t rent storage from them. I don’t understand why the onus is on the renter to mark every little scrap and or blemish on the rental vehicle . The inspection should be completed by the rental center employees. The vehicle I rented was a van drove very well.
They're all very nice people and they always make things work for the customer.
Tried to rent a U-Haul from them but the lady literally looked me up and down and claimed she didn't have any in the yard. Mind you, she had 5 trucks, 9 trailers and 3 vans.
Do not use this location! I was charged a $15.00 fuel charge on a contract that totaled 7 miles! These trucks get ten miles to the gallon! There is no way that the truck was 4 gallons short on gas. Upon calling the location, the representative stated that it is not based upon mileage but is based upon the fuel level. He stated that nothing could be done and that it would be my best bet to contact customer service!! I own a company that spent over $28,000 last year at U-Haul! I am well aware of the amount of fuel that these trucks use! At this point, I am wondering if they are purposefully placing extra fuel fees simply to make money! Terrible customer service and either fraudulent charges or malfunctioning equipment! Look elsewhere! Pleasant Hill location is awesome!
They gave me a truck with "1/4" tank of gas but was really 1/8. The only reason to do that is to scam people out of a couple gallons. And the lady at the desk was talking to me like I had a tshirt that says "screw your return time." Worst uhaul experience ever
Had my things in storage here from 10-2-21 til 1-1-22. Tammy was who I dealt with. She is definitely an Angel, very friendly and attentive and professional. Thank you for everything Tammy
Pros: affordable Cons: very dirty. I do not recommend storing car, RV, boat, etc in storage lot. We had a boat stored there and someone had rammed the back of the motor and a 5 gallon bucket of gear oil was placed under the boat and had splashed all over the side. People had thrown trash inside the boat. It does not look like anyone walks the lot or takes care of the trash thrown around. Very disappointed.
Huge waste of my time. I made an online reservation for a uhaul rental. The office was locked when I arrived with a note that said be back soon. After banging on the door for 30 min a woman finally opened the door, and there was a man at the counter too. They could not find my reservation and told me to go somewhere else.
I’ve had a storage with these people for over a year and I was late making a payment I paid on the 15th and went to my storage on the 24th and there was a double lock on my unit which was a huge inconvenience! They said that it’s because their system doesn’t notify them when a payment is made online. If that’s the case you should be checking it everyday to see who’s made a payment and not once a week. I shouldn’t have to call you and notify you I made a payment it’s not my job to do so. I will definitely be looking for a better updated storage company. I guess you get what you pay for !
