I have been going to see Lisa owner for about 30 years. She has always been very thorough and professional when it came to our taxes. We have always received a very good refund without a single audit in that time. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Can't really leave a FULL review as we WALKED OUT. We were new clients waiting for out consultation that we scheduled over a month ago. We completed our paperwork and were told Lisa would be right with us. Long story short...almost an hour later, her door opens, people leave, and she takes another couple in before us! When we went up to speak to the receptionists to tell them that we would have to leave, they just shrugged and said "Well some days it's just like that, she's been running late since her first client this morning." It would have been great to get a phone call then, Especially if she was running late all day! No apology, no nothing, and obviously no respect for people's time. I really wish I had read these reviews before we bothered to go there... We feel like we dodged a bullet

Disappointing when you call a business you expect a call back. None ever. I went back and picked up my documents after reading the reviews and not getting a call back. Then they couldn't find my documents and said Michael was not in. However, I have ears and could hear him in the back office. If you can't take on more work don't accept new clients.

He charged me $350. Not professional. No good communication. Michael barely spoke and was not any help when I wasn't sure what to put on my taxes . I don't know if he was having a bad day or he must of hated his job . Drove by twice to see if my taxes were ready to pickup. They said they will call me and never did . Tax papers were not finished by the deadline and Im having to pay a penalty from IRS because they didn't finish my taxes on time. They are quick with you . I will not be returning.

Marilyn has been doing my taxes since 2002. I'm sad because I just learned she's retired. I will miss her very dearly. She's always conducted her business with so much professionalism and warmth. You're loved and missed, Marilyn.

I rarely leave comments about other companies, but I feel compelled to because of my recent experience with this company. A new client was converting from this company, and complained about delays in accounting and taxes being completed in a timely fashion. 2017 accounting and tax was not completed before 10/2018. He let them complete the work and then requested that they transfer all data to me. It is a standard practice of accountants to make contact and arrange transfer of electronic files for accounting and tax. This data belongs to the client. After an initial discussion they said it is not standard and would follow up. They never returned the call. After 4 more phone calls they still had not 'gotten authorization' from the owner or manager. Then after finally getting someone on the phone they just refused to give me the information. This will cost the client money in setup fees, which they should not have to pay because they have already paid for QB and tax setup and data entry. I made them aware that the data belongs to the client and they did not seem to care. To this day I have only received one follow up phone call from them over a 1 month period.

Well, I had a positive review. After two mistakes by Marilyn two years in a row and costing me lots of money....After 23 years with them. I'm done...Take your business elsewhere. At the end of the day...They could have cared less. I don't recommend at all....

Paid over $200 to have my taxes done. Had to go back to the their office not once but TWICE because they do not know anything about tax law. To top things off my tax returned arrived at their location and nobody bothered to call me!! They decided to send my tax refund back to the IRS and now I'm still waiting for a new check to be re-issued. They do NOT return their messages in a timely fashion and probably would have ignored me for many more days!!! STAY AWAY!!! Overpriced and RETARDED!!!
