The new owner doesn't deserve one star! Where do I start... 12 centerpieces were to be put together with small frosted trees in a vase with Christmas balls and ready by 9am the day before the wedding. The bride's son went to pick everything up and the centerpieces were not ready. Waited an hour and it was stuff in separate boxes. Nothing was together, so not sure why he had to wait. The trees were not frosted either. Only 10 were sent but paid for 12 as there were 12 tables for reception. The big major thing was the tablecloths. They were for round tables and we had rectangle tables! Didn't realize this until the day of so we had to pin them to make them look kind of descent. I, the Matron of Honor called as soon as soon as we discovered the tree and centerpiece problems, after we looked over our invoice. Although I wanted to, I never cussed at her. She wasn't trying to listen but came up with an excuse they keep getting broke into and things taken. No clue how that matters to what she didn't do that was agreed upon and paid for. I also told her the chairs were extremely rusted and one was covered in what appeared to be tomato sauce. Well, she hung up on me!! Never attempted to try to help, refund money, or apologize! We tried to call back numerous times especially after the tablecloths were wrong and no one would answer. Very unprofessional and she should be absolutely ashamed to run a business like that. I rented from A-1 when I married 9 years ago and everything was great but not with this new owner. Warning, do not let them handle anything for one of the most important days of your life because it will be a huge mistake!

Maury was amazing with the help of my reception. She was kind of all over the place, but she made the decorating for my reception so much easier, and not to mention saved me about 2200.00. I gave her my vision she did my floral, made my vision reality. She had table clothes, lighting, and vases. I have to say if you want a great inexpensive experience with an elegant look for an event please visit Maury. Everything was amazing!!!!

First of all I could not get a return call to confirm if they had all tablecloth or about candle holders. On my third trip there I paid for tablecloths. My fiance pick up the day before wedding. The next morning each tablecloths was used. No candles were uses on these tablecloths. My husband checked and folded tablecloths afterward and his son rechecked before placing in trunk and returning. Today I was informed by owned when I called to verify tablecloths, candleholder and table being returned..I was told that she will keep my deposit due to a burn. She was rude hung up phone in my face . l asked for a picture and explained no fire was used. She sent picture..a scam to keep my deposit...God knows ..Beware of this place and new owner..I had many problems planning wedding but this is the icing on my wedding ...

For your partie's , anniversaries, wedding's ect...need's A-1 is the place to go to meet all your rental need's...If they don't have what you're looking for in some cases, they'll go the extra mile to try and get it. ..Very Curteous service. .I give them two thumb's up !

This place is awesome.. rented a 20x30 pole tent ,I went to get it over an hour drive and they loaded it in my truck , got home and they had loaded the wrong one in my truck..I called them up and they said they will send greg out after work with the right one AND set it up for us!!! With 4 of us there and Greg we all got it up in about 15 mins. To us that was the best customer service EVER!!!!!!! Thank you A-1 party rentals .. you guys are awesome!!!!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I RENTED “WHITE” BACKDROP MATERIAL FOR A WEDDING THIS PAST WEEKEND. THE ITEMS WERE DELIVERED TO THE VENUE ON FRIDAY WHILE I WAS AT THE CHURCH DOING WEDDING PRACTICE. I GET TO THE VENUE FRIDAY NIGHT, SET UP EVERYTHING AND WENT TO SET UP THE BACKDROP FOR THR BRIDE AND GROOM HEAD TABLE AND THE FABRIC LOOKED LIKE AN “OFF WHITE, OR CREAM FABRIC” ANYONE THAT SET UP EVENTS KNOW YOU CAN NOT PUT UP A CREAM BACKDROP WHEN WEDDING IS WHITE. THERE IS A MAJOR DIFFERENCE AND WILL THROW EVERYTHING OFF Long story short I called this morning to let them know I did not use the backdrop for the wedding and wanted a refund and the response I got was more like o well when I purchased the fabric it was listed as white so I can’t give you a refund, but if you would have brought it to me Saturday morning, Wedding Day, 1.5hrs round trip then we may could have given you a refund. I recommend their business to my clients ALL the time and I have used them but NEVER again! My client rented Dinner plates, salad plates, glasses, forks, knives and chargers for 275 people plus 4 columns for the church and a $135 delivery fee and you can’t refund me $60 because your associate told me the fabric was white and it’s actually cream or off white? Good business people huh? They have officially lost my business and anyone I come in contact with for an event will know NEVER to rent from them for ANYTHING!!!

We have rented from A1 Party Rental several times over the years and have always received superb customer service and items rented in excellent condition. Thank You A1 for always making our parties a success.

Zero stars if possible. Unreliable- They agreed to hold a margarita machine for us, called before going to pick up to make sure it was still available. The lady that answered said yes, they still had it She put the owner on the line to arrange pick up, and he said it was no longer available! Would not count on for any rentals.
