Chicago,Illinois area. We were founded in 1910. A-1 Roofing Co. specializes in all types of flat roofing
systems. We are approved applicators for all the major roofing material manufacturers.
Roof maintenance and repairs are a large portion of our business. We use web based estimating
systems to produce our inspection reports utilizing Ipads. Our on line portal, allows our customers to
have their buildings roofs managed in real time.
Roofing manufactures approvals include, Firestone, Carlisle, GAF, Sika-Saranfil, Durapax, Soprema, Siplast, Tremco,
Garland, Johns Manville, Duro-Last, and others.
We also have a full service sheet metal shop where we fabricate all types of architectural sheet metal.
Our experience, 3rd generation, allows us to handle, roof repairs, overlays, replacements, maintenance programs,
and new construction.
