A-1 Self storage is very clean. I would especially like to mention that Mr Paul ar the facility was very helpful he got excellent customer service.
I love this facility. Moving as anyone who has moved can be very stressful. Paul the attendant at the front desk was extraordinary. He helped me find the right size unit and price matched with other local facilities to get me the best rate in town. The facility is spotless and well secured with cameras and locked access key entry only. Well lite and great hours for entry. Thank you for making my experience so amazing.
Hands down for the service and for the overall experience getting my first storage with them. The manager was extremely helpful and despite the fact that I showed up 10 minutes before they were closing, he never rushed with anything like most places do. He took his time to explain and answer all my questions to make sure I was comfortable choosing them. Also, he invited me on a tour around the facility after hours even before I had decided to go with them. I have not received the same type of customer service anywhere else.
Shout out to Paul and Dominique of A-1 self storage. You really will be getting that A-1 SERVICE. Dominique dealt with me over the phone. I believe she is in their call center but she was patient and helped me resolve my situation I had upon renting a space. Not once transferred me all over the place but help me get to the bottom of my situation I needed help with. Thanks for remaining patient and professional with me. As for Paul, thank you for your exceptional customer service upon my arrival. He was helpful, professional & patient as well. I look forward to doing business here. A-1 storage really delivers that A-1 customer service. Believe the reviews.
Facility says it all in its name. Best of the best all the way around. Paul and his team keep a clean and well lit facility with great hours to access your belongings. Along with a variety of sizes to chose from. Thank you for all you guys do!
I just completed a rental at A-1 Storage and it was easy and convenient. I have previously rented from them and had such a great experience that when I had a need for storage, I immediately knew where to go. The facilities are always clean and the temperature is always comfortable. The manager is a great guy and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this facility to meet your storage needs.
I absolutely LOVE A1 Storage. I have been with them for 3 years now and they are just fantastic. I especially love that the facilities are so very clean and well kept. I did have other storage and well let's just say there were way to many critters there than I desired. I haven't really needed the help of the A1 Self Storage associates until recently and well I have to say they all went way above and beyond. Paul, Brittney, and Patti are the ones that I remember sorry to the others whose names may have slipped my mind all 3 of you are such wonderful people and I see that they truly care about their customers. Thank you A1 Self Storage!
I had this storage unit for about 1 year and never had an issue! The staff is super friendly and the building itself is super clean. It's a little more expensive than other storage units but you get what you pay for. For me it was worth it. I was paying $200 a month for a 10 x10 space. However, I felt piece of mind. The building is in a nice area and conveniently located close to my office. It was worth the cost! =
