I've rented from here multiple times and do recommend this storage to anyone who is looking for clean and reliable storage space

Joe was an exceptional professional. He was helpful and organized. It was apparent that he cares about a job well done. He keeps the property clean and welcoming. If you are in the market for a great place to store your belongings, A-1 Storage is one of the first places you should call. You won't be disappointed!

Norma-Jean has been a blessing to me. I moved from another State back to Albuquerque. Her willingness to go the extra mile in helping me before I moved here and once I was here greatly lessen my stress levels. It is not easy moving from one State to another. I am glad she was there to accept the boxes from Fedex, UPS, and USPS on my behalf. What a relief that was for me. Once I was here and went to put more boxes into my unit, she volunteered to help me put them in, as my back was acting up due to the move. I am no spring chicken! I appreciated her sending me good wishes and comfort, when I heard of the death of my cousin and shared that with her. Her caring emails while I was in transition helped me realize that I made a good selection in choosing that storage site. I could not ask for a better place for my belongings to be stored. I am grateful for the kindness and professionalism that Norma-Jean showed me. Thank you Norma-Jean!

Beware of this place! Your valuables would be safer in the bushes behind circle K on central and San Pedro. I hardly leave reviews so for me taking time to write this IT'S BAD! I have never in my life had to deal with being treated the way Norma Jean treated me. She avoided answering questions about my concerns of the safety of the place when the unit I was shown had more holes in it then swiss cheese! It's totally worth the extra money to go somewhere else and get treated better and be able to sleep at night knowing my belongings will be safe. It is also very very difficult to manuver a U-Haul in between the units .. I couldn't even open my passenger door. It's not worth it at all even if it was free. This place should be condemned

I'd rather carry my belongings around on my bare back than trust these people with them. Disgustingly rude with very sketchy business dealings. I've never felt more unwelcome at a business EVER. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Norma Jean should be fired, she is driving business away!!!

We are so grateful for local companies like A1 storage that go out of their way to support local non profits. They could not have been kinder when we found ourselves in an urgent need of a storage unit. The space was very clean they were very accommodating.

Best folks in town. Nicest management anywhere. I recommend A1 Storage in Rio Rancho. Lowest rates and very clean and secure. Check it out yourself. I'm more than satisfied. Always feel welcome.

I have been a customer here for a few years now, and was previously about 10 years ago. Never had an issue, prices are great, they have security cameras everywhere, and they are extremely friendly.

Nice storage place , convenient location but roads are very tight and there’s a lot of trailers all over, making it difficult to make the corners and go around pulling a trailer
