A and M Equestrian, is both Veterinarian and Farrier recommended and approved.
We at Arabians and More, are a Horse Boarding Facility, offering riding lessons, horse conditioning, and horse training also available.
There will be a late fee of $20.00 as of the 5th of the month. A returned check fee of $35.00 will be added for any NSF check. Any accounts delinquent by 30 days will be subject to Feed Lien procedures as applicable by Arizona law. Owners(s) / Agent(s) will receive 30 days’ notice in writing prior to any fee increases. Please ensure to provide a 30 day notice of departure.
All horses must be current on vaccinations and worming. A and M Equestrian will require regular proof of this, and will keep horses up to date at the owners expense if required. This is to maintain the safety of all horses on the facility. Normal vigilance regarding the horses overall health will be provided. In the event of accident or illness, the Owner(s)/Agent(s) will be notified immediately and arrangements will be made for care. In the event the Owner(s) / Agents(s) cannot be reached, A and M Equestrian will engage the services of a licensed Veterinarian at its discretion. Owner(s)/Agents(s) are to cover the cost of any veterinary and / or Farrier services provided for said equine(s). In the event of damage to the facility above and beyond normal wear and tear, the Owner(s)/Agent(s) agree to pay any and all costs.
The State of Arizona 1974 passed the Equine Activity Liability Law through a legislative act designed to limit frivolous and unnecessary lawsuits, and for the protection of the equine businesses in the State of Arizona. This law recognizes that horses are unpredictable and cannot be controlled at all times. An Equine professional or Equestrian Center is not liable for injury of death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equines activities pursuant to RC 4 24 530. Participants accept responsibility, for their own riding level, the riding level of their children and guests, and they are responsible for such performance on or around the equine(s).A and M Equestrian assumes no liability, express or implied, for injuries sustained.
