What a fantastic customer experience today. I brought a worn-out key for my 25-year old vehicle into their shop. The owner was able to match this perfectly for my truck. I brought the key home and I am back in the road again. Fast service, friendly staff and accurate key cutting!
Highly recommend these honest people. I had to tow my daughters car there because the key would not even turn over the starter. I thought the Passive Anti Theft System PATS had locked the ignition key out. They discovered it was an electrical system problem and let me find the problem fuse myself. Didn’t charge me for their time or effort. so I tipped $20.
DOC & ATLANTIC COAST LOCKSMITH ARE THE KEY!!!!! I was in the unfortunate situation where my door lock broke on my bedroom door that I have to lock given that I live with roommates & it had to be replaced. I accidentally left my new key in my room & discovered the new door lock was so good that the credit card trick was declined lol - I even broke a butter knife trying to get in! I called at 7 am on the dot & Atlantic Coast answered promptly, assuring me that they could take care of me in an hour. I received a call back from Doc in 15 MIN that he was on his way & arrived in 5!! Goodness, was I glad to see him with a smile on his face - what a genuinely enjoyable & good guy! I really appreciated his humor that alleviated my stress as I was in a rush to get to work for my appointments, etc. After he tried a credit card, too, he used a pick & had it done in 10 sec., I'm not exaggerating - that door knob was even upside-down from the initial installation! Overall, I'm so grateful for Atlantic Coast, especially Doc, & their urgency. They have very reasonable pricing that you won't get elsewhere. Thank you oh so much!!!
I just wanted to express our appreciation for helping us out of an awful situation: our electronic door lock malfunctioned. We were locked out of an office room. Atlantic Coast arrived within an hour and had us access within 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for awhile now. Doc has saved me twice now, once where my daughter locked us out! I definitely recommend this company.
A huge shout out to Bobby at Atlantic Coast Locks! You are my hero of the day! I just went to the gas station and I always lock my doors that are on the side of like where I leave my phone and stuff and I had to go inside and prepay. So I come out; of course, I'm not wearing pockets and I can't get in. My keys are there with my phone and money. I go in the store and the girl working there was extremely helpful; she was calling different locksmiths for me. Just as she got the second one that she's tried on the line, the other lady working there says "there's your locksmith, right there!" I was so happy. However he didn't know if he had the right tools; he said he had his truck but he wasn't sure about the tools. So I go outside to my van and I wait. About a 3 minute wait and he comes out to his truck and he's looking around and I'm praying praying praying and he says "I have that.: I have been walking around my van looking for an open window a crack or anything and there was nothing I walked around the van like five times I couldn't see anything. So he and I walked over to the van and he walked to the passenger side and wouldn't you know there is a crack in the passenger side window at the top but I didn't see until he came over. So he got it unlocked. He is a godsend. This place gets 5 stars and Bobby gets the golden buzzer.
