They only charge me $10.00 to change the battery of my watch. I had 3 watches waiting for that so $30.00 total. Honest pricing and amazing service. The Fast Fix, a kiosk inside International Mall has always charged me $60.00 yes, $60.00!!! for EACH battery replaced. I'm just sad I haven't found this place earlier and saved so much money along the way. This is my place from now on!

I couldn’t afford to get a custom order for a ring like My grandmothers, so Alfredo not only went out and found a ring nearly identical to my grandmother’s ring and brought it in, but he also called me to let me know of his find. It was exactly what I imagined, but the band was a little thin so he replaced it with a wider band so it would last longer. I could not be happier with my experience!
Great service. Attended very quickly and professionally. Normally I would deliberate a lot when purchasing an item like this but everything went so smooth that the decision was easy to make.
Some prices are very high, there's alot cheaper places to shop, good variety but need better sales.

The worst jewelry I have been in my 73 years old. I bought one pair of earrings , 2 months after both pearls dropped as well as seven of the faux diamonds Today 5/29/2021 the employee told me that if they have to clean the earrings the little faux diamonds will drop again, so basically she was telling me that the product they sold me was of poor quality. I would have to pay $10 for each diamond an the pearls so “it will be better for me to buy new one.”I left the store as a very unhappy client. The manager was there and never showed up maybe because I was an educated and not disruptive client. I think I should report them to the BBB. We deserve better businesses.
Today for the first time I came to this jewelry store for the service of a watch, with all respect and it is the policy of the user maskarilla store, the first thing they asked me was to put on the mask before opening the door, with all my respect. I left and I do not come back anymore, I will not recommend that jewelry store to anyone. I do not have to fulfill desires or whims of other people.
Poor quality of products I bought 2 bracelets. After a week of wearing the bracelet both broke. I brought them to the store to fixed. Both of them got broken again. Expensive and very poor quality. I do not recommend them at all. Today, I am here to sell one of the bracelets and they gave me half of what I paid. Very bad customer service also.
