RETURN POLICY 30 DAYS, save yourself time and money go to Home Depot and shop with confidence, manager didn’t bother to come and speak. See you bankrupted soon Update: Your response says that you don’t care anyway but I’m warning people because Your receipt doesn’t say anything about your return policy, beside that another „reason“ to not accepting my return was that I used the item! Excuse me how should I know that the item I just bought is not what I expected? HOME DEPOT all the way, no questions and no head ache with them. Your choice
What a relief. A hardware store that actually has hardware. I can’t believe how relieved I was to finally find a true hardware store in the Valley. All of the “home” stores just don’t care about hardware and that’s really sad. This store is fantastic! They had the 5/16-24 socket head cap screw I needed and several other choices too. Love this place.
Absolutely worst service. Got there and didn't even look for the product after canceling my order after not looking for the product.... and I ended up finding it myself when i showed up. ill be going to home depot for sure. The teenagers there seem to work harder. Your lucky a hurricane storm is coming and I had no ther choice.
We love this Ace Hardware for household items and plants even better when there used to be Orchard. Selection is great and you can find pretty much everything you’re looking for. Christmas decorations are fantastic!!!
I needed help with my pear tree. I walked in. Asked for help. I walked out less than 10 minutes with everything I needed. So so do much better than homedepot.
Store is good, friendly staff. But getting in and out of the parking lot is very complicated.
Adrianna and Jackie were so nice and helpful. They offered up exceptional customer service! They were knowledgeable and friendly. You don’t experience this kind of customer service at similar large hardware/home stores. I have made this Van Nuys Ace Hardware my go to place! Oh yes and this Ace had a hinge I was looking for that I couldn’t find at any other large store! Thank you VN Ace!
Bad customer service. Bad customer service. Bad customer service. This used to be a Osh but since they very unfortunately went down, Ace took over the building. Osh’a staff were some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people you could deal with at a hardware store, but like most corporate takeovers the Ace administration let them all go and replaced them with a staff that doesn’t care about their clients and work there only because they have no choice. So if you can, go somewhere else. If you’re stuck with this Ace try ordering from Amazon first. I almost forgot, not only their customer service is terrible most of their items are overpriced too.
Friendly people. More expensive than Home Depot. The man on the floor told me I could return the flapper if it didn't work, the cashier said otherwise so I walked out without buying what I needed. Went to Home Depot.
Very nice store. VERY SPACIOUS AND CLEAN! Friendly staff is very helpful!
