This one star is being generous. .. I have to continually call about my son's bus driver. .. she is either 10 or more minutes early or 10 or more minutes late.. I call and she is good for a couple weeks then it all goes back to the same. When their #2 rule on their website for the students is BE ON TIME..   I would think the drivers would have to follow this rule too!!! There is NO reason my son should have to go to the bus stop 20 minutes early everyday. .. I can see 5 minutes either way, but 10 or more? I call and they say they have talked to her so many times about it. ..well she obviously doesn't care! And very poor customer service I have been hung up on multiple times when I call and ask what is going on. Recently they decided to change the route and bus drivers with 3 weeks of school left. Didn't bother to inform parents just told the kids the day before that they would have a different driver.. 15 minutes difference on times ... I have had to call and ask where the bus is 4 times since this change because he either forgets to pick them up or kids would have been late for school. What a joke.

Called for a week straight, over 100 times got a busy signal. When I finally got through, I'm told that 1.8 miles isn't far enough to get bus service, a child is expected to walk 40 minutes to and from school in Minnesota winters!

never turns on heat, never on time, leaves to late so i'm late for school adding to this review form over a month ago, still no heat have called and asked multiple times to turn it on or up but never does. kids bring blankets and wear multiple layers and they still shiver. buses are really really dirty and all kids still show up late. do not recommend bussing

Because the girl who drive the bus in the morning will pick us up late and we be at school at 8:20 when bell rings or after like bus should pick us up early for school other kids say the same thing and makes me very un happy horrible bus drive not the company I had good bus driver but she always get us late like talkin about the drive pick us up at memorial park on the corner for high school get there early so I can have time for school sheeeeesh

The worst bus in this summer school honestly.. Had to be Beaver Bus  326 the bus lady sweared at a little kid.. And even had to go to Hayward on the first day.. And then they start changing routes.. Now there bus are full and now they have 2nd bus which is the best

The bus I ride is overly filled pass the limit of kids, and the bus driver was just smiling, the bus number was 347 and I'm disappointed that this is happening

My son loves riding the bus. His bus driver is very kind and I'm thankful for him because it is my son's first year riding the bus.

I'm being beyond generous they lost my handicapped son the first day of school-non- verbal then the driver allowed 2 teenagers to bullied my 6 yr old THEN on the new bus we switched her to they dropped her off blocks and blocks away from her stop she could've been kidnapped my kids staying home for now I'm dying of cancer and fighting to live for my kids not to bury one cause they are complete idoits...oh and when I called VERY angry the dispatcher laughed at me, nice, I'm calling the head of transportation today it gets fixed or poor Jacqueline miss's kindergarten...

No communication  between bus company and schools,  no way to get ahold of someone when you call, only a busy signal, and they don't pick kids up or know their route very well.

The driver is rude and when I called the bus company they where also. All two of them! The drivers picks and chooses who he drops off in front of their homes but not mine. Nope he makes her walk in the freezing rain.
