A Cut Above Salon Tucson

Lenny, talked me in to getting my eyebrows done. I really liked them until the scabs came off, then you could see what needed to be done. Made an appointment to get a touch up and was charged another $50.00 dollars. I am not happy with that. I could see paying if it had been a year but it was weeks. Does anyone stand be hide there work anymore.. I will not be going back to cut and above. When you go in you better make sure what your gonna be charged. I don't care if you pay $150.00 for your eye brows or $400.00, you need to back up your work. The lady's are very sweet but desperate for money in my opinion. If your growing your hair out when you go in for a trim you would think they would cut off the deadends but nope paid $35.00 dollars for a few clippings off my hair. I will not be back. Sorry lady's don't care how nice you are when I come in I tell you what I want not you doing what you want. Cannot help the fact that you chose to pay $3000 for rent, not my problem.

My daughters 4 and 2 got their hair cut here today. It turned out fine, but not exactly as I had intended. The hairdresser didn’t seem to approve of what I wanted for my two-year-old, and so we just did what she wanted since I don’t know much about hair. Also she kept asking me if it looked even; I don’t know—I’m not trained in this sort of thing. Also, their prices were not transparent. When we walked in, the board said $16+ for a kids haircut, which seems reasonable. My girls just got simple trims—no layering or anything that seemed too complex to me. My youngest did have fringe bangs trimmed, so I can see being charged a little bit extra for that. But I was charged $20 for each cut. That just doesn’t make sense to me. If you’re going to charge more for more complex cuts, I get it. But I don’t see how my oldest’s haircut could have been any simpler. And I could see if they charged more for less obedient children who made it hard, but my girls sat perfectly straight and did exact what the hairdresser asked. So do they just charge willy nilly? Do they ever charge just $16? I would like to see more detailed pricing.

Had my son and my hair done here.. and was rather disappointed with how our cuts turned out.. my sons hair turned out to be uneven. As for mine well she cut way more then I had wanted and she hardly spent any effort into it..

Amaizing place for the little ones. The ladies here are kind, patient and experienced. With reasonable pricing and amaizing service, this is a no brainer if you want to get a quality hair cut. They did an amaizing job with my baby nephew and managed to distract him whilst clipping his hair which we did not think was possible. Will definately come back!

Brenda is the owner of this salon. She has done my hair for more years than I can count. She is funny, kind and always does a fantastic job with my unruly hair. I trust her to listen to me and make suggestions when I am making changes. She has a great staff who are equally as enjoyable to work with!

I took my 5 year old daughter to get her very 1st hair cut. Not only was the salon atmosphere extremely friendly but also very clean, good vibes all around. Jessica was our stylist and she did an amazing job. She was knowledgeable professional and extremely nice. I will definitely be returning! Prices were affordable. I would recommend to anyone with young children or for yourself !
