Mr. Adam has been very kind to my family during the death of my father. He explained the process, wasn't pushy, and was very kind during everything. While I hope to not have to work with him again for a long time, I plan to use this funeral home the next time we would need those types of services. Thank you again, Mr. Adam.
Not so good experience. obituary wasn’t in the papers until after the service and they had to be reminded to put it in there. Death certificates weren’t there at the funeral home, had to go to the health department to get them, had to pick up ashes and memory cards for the service at different dates/times. Invoice bill was outrageous - charged a $2k overhead which is ridiculous. They didn’t do that much work! We did it all.. Horrible experience to say the least. Bad communication.
Mr. Carter has been there through many deaths in my family, most recently my sweet uncle. He and his staff are respectful and helpful through every step of the process. It is comforting to know that they take such great care of our loved ones in the final stages. Thank you Mr. Carter and your entire team! God bless you all!
Just want to thank Adam and the staff for the great job they did for my dad. This place helped us get through one of the worst experiences of my life when my dad past on. The planning was terrific.... easy process and the recommendations were great. Highly recommend this place.
What a horrible experience. The owner overheard people in grief using curse words outside of the service in private conversation and not only asked us to stand outside but became verbally aggressive out of nowhere and attempted to intimidate us. He physically came into my personal space and would not move back when I asked him to step away from me. I cannot believe I was physically intimidated and treated with such disrespect for standing next to someone who swore in a whispered conversation. Unbelievable.
When we were there for my mother in law the staff was wonderful. They were understanding and very easy to work with. Made a difficult time a little easier.
Went to a viewing this afternoon. July 5th. Never saw anyone that worked at the funeral. Usually you see someone !
