Hello Everyone,
Thank you for visiting my face book page. I have been helping people feel better and reduce their stress for over 17 years. Each massage session is designed by us discussing what are your objectives. Some people come for therapeutic sessions and want their pain addressed and others come to forget about the world and just relax. I am a guest lecturer at FLCC on stress management and will do my best to combine pain reduction with stress relief.
PRESSURE/PAIN:
Many people ask about pressure, they want it deep enough to get the pain out but don't want to hurt the next day. Good communication is the key to finding the balance. I urge you to tell me to lighten up or go deeper so we can create the right experience for you!
TALKING:
Speaking of communication: some people like to talk and some people like to be quiet. I am very comfortable being quite and will talk only if you want to talk. Sometimes stress is relieved with a little talking and then it is easier to find quiet. Often I will say, "would you like to have some quiet time now?"
APPOINTMENTS:
I am open by appointment and have morning, afternoon and evening sessions available through out the week. When we talk I will ask you what time frame works well for you and then offer you some options.

A great gift idea with a very personal touch can be purchased by leaving a phone message and I will return your call or stopping by Through the Garden Gate Florist in Macedon. They are open from 10 to 4pm Monday-Friday and 10-12pm on Sat. Parkwood Heights Senior Living Center off of Victor Road in Macedon also sells them at their reception desk. They are opening 24hours.

PRICES:
Prices are by the time requested. One 1/2 hr is $ 40.00, 3/4 hour $ 55.00, one hour is $ 65.00 and one and a half hours is $ 85.00. I have a package special if you buy 3 sessions you can save $ 15.00.
