The owner butchered my hair. I went in for a simple cut with layers. At first there were no layers at all. She added layers... but now chunks of my hair are either missing like around my ears or completely squared off and there are some parts that are longer than everything like little “rat tails”. I went back the next day to ask for a refund and was yelled at, and told she doesn’t give refunds, even after she admitted that she should not have cut it the way she did, and that she definitely messed it up, but it’s my problem not hers. And no, I was not rude during any of the encounters. I work in customer service and make it a point to be courteous to everyone, because I know what it’s like. But looking back she made remarks about my hair colors which I normally pay no attention to bc I get that kind of thing a lot but it seems that it was more than just not liking that I have unnatural hair colors.

The owner cut my hair.  She did a reasonable job.  As far as I can tell right now I will probably go back to her again next month. She is very personable & listened to what I wanted done.

Karen was nice, however the hair cut was really fast and she didn't give me the opportunity to check the hair cut after she was done. The length in the back it was a couple inches longer than I had wished and it was not angled like I asked her to do. She attempted to blow dry my hair for a few minutes and stated my hair wont let go of the water and sent me on my way. When I returned home to dry and style my hair I realized she didn't wash out all of the conditioner and my hair felt so gross. The hair cut I was referencing had a lot of higher layers and she didn't feel comfortable putting in the layer then, she invited me to come back in a couple weeks if I wanted them added. However after closely looking at the quality of my haircut, I will go to someone else to fix my hair.  I really hate writing bad reviews, but honestly I don't feel like Karen was focused on me while she was cutting my hair. The salon is also severely outdated, and I wonder if the stylist is keeping up with modern hair cutting techniques and styles.

Lisa is my favorite.  She’s been cutting, coloring and styling my hair for years.  This salon is lucky to have her!  She always hears what I want and I always walk away thrilled.  The salon itself feels like a movie set for old-lady salon, but that’s entertaining in itself.  Wouldn’t change a thing. well…maybe I’d change the 50s music.

I loved my haircut with Karen. The most reasonable price I have ever paid & she did a beautiful job. I am looking forward to my next appt. and that was the other wonderful thing...she got me right in!

I get my eye brows done here. Every since my best friend took me a few years ago and my son has his hair cuts there too. We love the lady that owns the salon and the people she has work there. I highly recommend this place its the best. Thank you

Wonderful place for a hair cut, etc., I have been seeing Kim Clark there for several years ! Both of the ladies are not only nice but know hair!!!

Karen was very friendly... Made sure we were communicating effectively for the right hair design for me and for my daughter... I got a perm and she got her haircut and frosted....
