Best place in port arthur imo...down street from plants, amazing places for groceries walking distance....nice and quiet and away from all the ruckus traffic...5 stars! Owners are amazing folks

Debbie is good to deal with. Dorothy is the manager is great, but she is a hound dog, pay your rent on the day it is due, or She'll be waiting for you. I have stayed here 3 times and will be back. Fenced location. GPS will take you to the side road, stay on main road and turn into the front gate.
Lived here a month 2 months? Earlier this year its LITERALLY ok, not wow. Its crowded, the owner seems off like shes annoyed most of the time. The manager the sweet old lady made it better. They have washer & dryernever used them. And to get out the front entrance was under construction.
Great place!! Been at this location several months, no serious complaints. Near great shopping! Wifi, laundry, po.box, bath n shower house. Did slightly flood once but all concrete and was water was gone within hours. Didn't harm anything! Good owners friendly staff
Good RV park and the owner does respond to phone calls and or text in a timely manner. She is polite and helpful with taking care of things. They are also doing upgrades to the facility.
The best place 2 stay Owners are outstanding folks.Safe environment..laundry room n bath house .Very well maintained!!!! Love it!!!

Great hidden gem! Clean RV Park and the amenities are walking distance to your RV.
The owner is really nice and doesnt bother her renters at all..The whole RV park is fenced in,U have to have a code to get in or out..Everyone here is nice its quiet,theres a few people in here that like to listen to music and BBQ as long as you settle down at 10pm your fine to do what you want.The laundry room is also a bath house they got showers and the washer is $1.00 dryer is $1.00 you have to have a code to get in there..Everything is concrete here so its not nasty and muddy when it rains..We will be here another 5yrs and Im Ok with it..I like it in here..Its 5 minutes away from a town which is awesome..the school is 5 minutes also..Its a nice 5 star park
