Everything was great at first. Gave her my money one day, got a layoff 3 days later and never would communicate with me again. Couldn't get any of my money back. Be careful doing business with Chelsea. Feel I got ripped off. Lots of other parks to stay at near Tyler Tx.
* Wonderful management. They are nice, laid back, and on top of things. * Pretty quiet place in the country, but less than a mile from Dollar General, a gas station, etc. * We paid like $385/month all bills paid, including electricity. Great price. * Covered and uncovered spots. * We have a 38.5’ trailer and two vehicles. We had room for all three slide outs to fully come out. We parked behind the trailer. * Full hookups & 50 amp. I’m sure they have other amps, but we needed 50. * It is next to a pretty busy road, so we heard traffic. It didn’t bother us. We were in the first row, so it may get better as you go back. We didn’t hear honking or things like that, just the sound of cars driving by. It was just background noise that we quickly got used to. * There’s a laundry area attached to the office and a large, grassy area in the back. We have a washer and dryer in our trailer, but I checked the laundry room out once. It was pretty clean. I think they have a bathroom, but I’m not sure. * There’s no dog park, playground, pool, etc. I’d love to see them put that grassy area to good use one day and add a dog park and a playground! * Gravel lots and paved roads. No worrying about getting stuck in mud! * Our water pressure was always fine. * We didn’t have any nosy/dramatic neighbors. If you are someone who has to have very nice amenities, this place isn’t for you. If you’re just looking for a good place to stay that’s all bills paid, then check them out!
Love the management, Wes is awesome. After staying in some places with some real nasty management, he's a breath of fresh air. The park itself is quiet and clean. It's pretty average otherwise. No shade, no grass except over in the field. And the RVs are pretty close together. But it's worth the 4 stars for the management and the quiet.
I've been staying here for over a year now and I must say, the park manager is always quick to solve problems no matter the time of day or night. Very friendly and helpful, and I feel safe here which is quite a statement compared to some RV parks.
Great place to stay. The park manager is great and easy to work with.Rooms: 5/5
Seemed like a nice little place off the beaten path kinda out in the country the other people staying in park were the nicest people I've encountered in parks
Price is good and location. Wifi is offered but can not use do to someone streaming and taking all the Wifi.
It's nice and quiet the laundry is cheaper than most places the rules are easy to keep
Great place with fantastic service BUT they have stopped providing PROPANE FILLING still have the tank but no propane
Very friendly and accommodating manager that bends over backwards taking care of his residents!!
