Yesterday 04-05-22 was the first time taking my daughter to Dr. Bell. His whole staff was very nice and very detailed. They explained everything they were going to do to my daughter and I since she is always scared of the dentist. When Dr. Bell came he explained everything and what he wanted to do and what we should do at home. They were fast, nice and all around great. Very happy he is my daughter and soon to be sons dentist.
My little one really loved his first visit here! There were several fish tanks, fun murals and he came home with a nice goody bag. We were impressed with how smooth his exam was especially since my baby is only 13 months! Dr. Bell was thorough, gentle and friendly. The reason for 4 stars is because I had a difficult time getting through to the front desk the past 2 days. Went straight to voicemail even after I called right back. This was a problem because they claimed they couldn't find his insurance info, I left 2 messages that never were returned and had to go in just to reach anyone. In person the front desk was nice, I'm not sure what was going on there.
This dental practice is 100% outstanding! Everyone is super welcoming and kind. They truly care about the kids being comfortable and made this a positive experience all around. I am so thankful to have found this office. Even my child that always feels anxious about going to the dentist walked out of this visit saying she really liked Dr. Bell and Ms. Tatum. She said they were nice to her and her teeth felt good. She even promised me to do a better job brushing!! I highly recommend this dental office for your kids. Thank you Dr. Bell!
I absolutely love this office! The girls there are so sweet and friendly. Dr. Bell is amazing! They're always very fast too. They're been so helpful with our son. I've had to reschedule a few times and they're always able to accommodate our schedule. I love the office and staff. Keep up the great work everyone!
Wow now I know why it took a month in a half for my girls to get an appointment. Just Amazing Customer service Amazing Staff and what can I say Great Doctor. It was my first time taking my girls to the Dentist and I’m just very Satisfied overall from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. I would definitely recommend Dr. Paul office for your Dentist services. My 3 Toddlers 2 and 3 years 1 ur old even forgot they were there to check on there Teeth that’s how Comfortable and smooth it went. Felt like they walked into a Beautiful Aquarium. My girls walked out so happy with Zero cavities a goodie bag with toys, and Cinderella and Moana toothbrushes. Thank you Dr. Paul and Staff for your Amazing Services. Definitely Recommend
Two of my sons have gone to this Dental office and they have both had a wonderful experience! The staff is professional and knowledgeable and yet friendly and caring. I wouldn’t trust my young adults with anyone else! Dr. Bell always goes out of his way to explain things and values our thoughts. I wish this office the best always.
Every single person in that office is exceptionally sweet, and Dr Bell is so amazing has patience and super great with my child. My little one was a happy camper and can’t wait to go back to see her friends!
Great staff , great dentist, great experience! I stumbled into their office by mistake, and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. All 3 of my children got in same day with cleanings, x-rays and dentist exam for all 3 kids! They're all great when it comes to children, even those who are a bit unsure about going to the dentist. Leaving here, my children were all excited and had a wonderful experience as well as all of our needs and expectations being met. First time I have found a dentist for my children that not only I approve of but my children approve of as well! *Highly recommend to any family looking for a dentist for their kids
Dr. Bells office has never disappointed. My wife has gone to him since she was a kid, almost 25 years ago and they still are just as good as ever. We now have all 3 of our kids there and he remembers not just my wife from 25 years ago but my kids and myself every time we come. The staff is the same, they are ALWAYS happy and understanding. They are gracious to all families who are in need or having a hard time. I can’t recommend Dr. Bell and his staff enough.
I love it at Dr.Bells! The staff and Dr. Bell are GREAT and so friendly, my kids have been going there since last year. My baby girl is 2 and started going there when she was 1 and my son is 5 and they are not scared to go to there, like my son was at his other dentist. This will be my kids forever dentist
