Outstanding service affordable plumbing!  Let me start off by saying at 3am this morning I woke up to gastritis odor, it lead to my basement. Which had water and all kinds of not so good stuff in it. It was over flowing from my pump pit. My ejector pump wasn't working,  and I didn't realize it so I had a mess. Anyway I called frantically this nice woman calmed me down in 20 minutes a plumber arrived. He tried to get it going I'll be honest did not think he could . Well half hour later I heard a humming , it was back on!! I was worried I would have to buy a new pump. He didn't try selling me a bill of goods. I also got a good price with helpful tips how to keep it from happening again. Thank you a plumber now for helping this mom of three out of a jam. I already have bragged to my neighbors about yous. So if you want to save money call them!

great service! Not only do they offer affordable plumbing, they provide great service!!  I had tried to change my bathtub faucet handle myself. This seemed like a pretty easy task. Boy was I wrong next thing I knew I had water spraying out of it rapidly it started to leak downstairs and through any crack it could get through. I tried to shut my main water down but I couldn't do so. I called this plumbing company , and I spoke with Tess she walked me through my frustration and sent Marty "the plumber" to me. I got a kick out of her enthusiasm . Anyways ,  he was able to shut my main line down and fixed the problem . Let me just say it wasn't easy because I had a bigger problem then I though . He ended up having to change out my diverter valve and a few other thing he did for me and didn't charge me. Let me just say thanks. It is really nice to know there is some good plumbers out there hat do not charge an arm and a leg!!  if I ever run into an issue  again I will be calling.

I want to thank Tess ,and her team of plumbers I called on a Sunday , I had water coming out of the top of my water heater . She had Marty the plumber out to install a  new water heater that same day. He was here in an hour that same day! Not only did they not charge me extra for weekend service , they also were on time and took my old water heater away . The price was very fair great customer service . Next time I need a plumber I will be calling them again. So if you are looking for affordable plumbing , l highly recommend A Plumber Now. Thanks for helping me out of my jam guys.

Where to start with this company....First we hired them for a simple clogged sink. I was very happy with them. They came right out and fixed the problem in no time. We wanted to add a half bathroom in our new house and said why not contact the same company. So we did. Between false promisses and non stop runs to home depot bringing drama to our house with their workers and arguements between them. The project took 7 times longer then what they promissed. Please note they are not a remodeling company so dont let them talk you into remodelling like we did!!! They knew they would mess up the project, so they offered a discount for a great review before the job was finish. I declined that offer. They messed the bathroom up so much everything fell off the wall even the sink. Drywall looked so bad it felt like i was walking in a bathroom that was 30 years old. The way Tess explained how it would turn out, I was expecting it to look nice and boy was I disapointed. She did try to send someone to fix the drywall after I explained my dissatisfaction. It looked a little better but still looked bad for brand new drywall. Everything they secured back to the wall, fell back down. Now we have to pay another company to come out and get the job done right. Contact them for little plumbing projects thats it!

Stay away if you value your time, your money and your sanity.  Despite what their website portrays, they are just a middleman - a dispatch of whatever plumbing school dropout is available to take the call. Even though this introduction service is not outlined on their website, it seems to be the core of their business plan. Oops, they forgot to be able to provide fast service. And then when their lackey showed up, he screwed us royalty just in time for Christmas.  Let me tell you our story. We had a leaky external spigot to fix. I called A Plumber Now APN and left a message. My call was returned promptly and an appointment was made for the next day at 1:00pm. The appointment came and went. An hour after the plumber was to arrive, I called and left a message. Some guy who identified himself as APN called back and said he'll be by in two hours. Two hours came and went and then I called that plumber's cell phone. He didn't answer. Another guy called back and said he'd be out in a couple of hours. He made it out to determine that the majority of the work would need to take place inside the walls of the basement unit of our building. He killed the water, took a $500 deposit made out to "A Plumber Now" without giving the requested receipt and made an appointment with those unit owners for the next morning. One day blown and two people inconvenienced.  The next day, that 10:00am appointment came and went. They showed up at 1:00pm. They ripped into the wall and stated that the piping had to be replaced all the way back to the water heater. We couldn't understand how that would be possible but we aren't plumbers so... The quote was for $3000. I complained and magically the price dropped to $2300. We bit the bullet and agreed stating that we'd need a fully itemized receipt. We got one from "Flow Rite Inc." and were told to write the check to that name.  They did some work, not the work on the invoice however. Instead of replacing 10 feet of copper pipe all the way to the water heater, they replaced maybe 3 feet with a used, dented up, beat on, flattened piece of copper. The solder didn't hold and there was drip. They tried to putty that but it didn't work because it shouldn't. Then they put some teflon threading tape over it, left and I am sure you can see where this is going. That was day two without water and two people having lost their days.  We called APN on day three. We left a message that we still had a leak. Tess, the APN phone rep, called the unit owner back apologizing and she sent another plumber. That plumber came out and was dumbfounded by the work. He said it was horrible. We showed him the itemized invoice and he concurred fully that we were not given anywhere near what the invoice promised. With that, he consulted with his boss he was from yet another company that is dispatched by APN and was told to not touch the job. He said we needed to call back Flow Rite. He left.  We called the number on the invoice. "This number does not accept incoming calls by request of the owner" was the message. We called the plumber's cellphone. Voice mailbox was full. We left a message with APN that still hasn't been returned. We texted Tess and she said she doesn't know anything about that plumber. She saw our invoice courtesy of the second plumber and said it wasn't hers. Despite it being the invoice we got from the plumber she sent, she said it wasn't hers.  We immediately put a stop payment on the $1800 but Tess had already cashed the $500 deposit. Remember, Tess doesn't know who the plumber from Flow Rite was that gave her our $500 deposit. She has yet to return any of our calls. She takes a lot of lunch breaks at all hours of the day. We never heard from Flow Rite again and good riddance. We had Rocket Plumbing out to clean up the mess. They did everything we needed, quickly, and for $822 out the door. Rocket was brilliant.

This plumber is a cheat. We consistently have had work done with them and they constantly change prices on us. All the work done was not completed. I had to threaten them to better business bureau to get them to call me back. Still have a job they did not complete.

WARNING, unreliable and they will never show up!  I called them at midnight since my basement was flooding. They said they could do the job and someone will be there in about an hour to an hour and a half. I waited and called them at 2am, no answer. I called them over and over thoughout the night and thier 24 hour service ignored my calls. I was up without sleep waiting for them the whole night until 8 am when I had to call another company to come to my flooding basement. Simple common courtesy would be say we can't come out instead of ignoring me and leaving me waiting for them with a flooding basement. Stay away from this company.

I had an issue with a busted pipe, the price was very affordable and the workers were very nice and polite.  I will definitely work with them again for plumbing projects.

I SPOKE WITH TESS 2 DAYS IN A ROW AND SHE MADE IT CLEAR TO ME THAT THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR SENDING OUT A PLUMBER. I DESCRIBED WHAT MY PLUMBING ISSUE WAS IN FULL DETAIL AND SHE THREW A FEW NUMBERS OUT THERE LETTING ME KNOW WHAT PRICE RANGE I WOULD BE IN. SHE SENDS OUT 2 GUYS WHO I THEN ALSO DESCRIBED THE PROBLEM TO AND HE SAID HE WAS ABT TO CHECK IT OUT AND LET ME KNOW MY REAL ISSUE AND WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THE PLUMBING ISSUE THEY WERE TAKING CARE OF IS IN A STORE SO I LEAVE THEM TO CHECK OUT THE SITUATION AND THEN ONE OF THE GUYS COME AND GET ME.. BY THIS TIME THEY HAVE TAKEN THE TOILET OUT OF THE BATHROOM AND IS NOW UNDER MY SINK FOR WHAT REASON IDK 1 OF THE GUYS IS CONSTANTLY ASKING ME WHY DO WE HAVE A HOT WATER TANK WHEN THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ISSUE. HE THEN CALLS TESS SUPPOSEDLY AND THEN GOES TO TELL ME THE TOILET IS NO GOOD AND I NEED A NEW TOILET. HE ALSO TELLS ME HE STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT THE ACTUAL ISSUE IS SO HE IS GOING TO ROD IT AND FOR HIM TO DO THAT ALONE I WILL HAVE TO PAY HIM 1,200.?????? WHEN I SPOKE TO TESS SHE TOLD ME RODDING STARTED AT 300.00. I TOLD HER THEN I WOULDN'T NEED THEM TO ROD IT BECAUSE OF OTHER REASONS. SHE OK'D THAT AND WE PROCEEDED... HOWEVER I TOLD HIM NO TO THE 1ST PRICE HE CALLED HER BACK AND THEN HE SAYS THEY WILL CHARGE ME $750 JUST TO ROD IT, I TOLD HIM NO AGAIN BECAUSE I ALREADY HAD IT MADE UP IN MY MIND THAT I DIDN'T WANT TO CONTINUE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM BECAUSE CLEARLY HE WAS JUST THROWING NUMBERS AT ME.! LONG STORY CUT SHORT THESE GUYS REMOVED MY TOILET OUT OF THE BATHROOM AND DIDN'T REPLACE IT !!! I CALLED TESS BACK AND SHE WAS ALL APOLOGETIC AND WAS SO SURPRISED WHEN I TOLD HER THE NUMBERS THAT WERE SAID TO ME CLAIMING SHE KNEW NOTHING OF IT. MORAL OF THE STORY DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY ARE SHEISTY. THERE IS NO REASON MY TOILET SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PLACED BACK IN THE BATHROOM WHERE THEY FOUND IT. THE GUYS WERE VERY RUDE AND TRYING TO GET OVER ON ME.
