I never write reviews but today I picked up my blazer and was very disappointed with how short the cuffs were made--too short. I asked the older woman at the counter I wanted the cuff shortened only an inch or an inch and a half. She kept saying it will look too short and ridiculous bad day?. Anyway, I left it and picked it up today--2 inches shortened, at least. Then I look at the receipt and the notes say "wants sleeves very short". I never said that. The employee number is "13". Anyway, I don't know who the owners are but they should know my family and I have been going to them for over 10 years, pants, prom dresses, etc. I will probably not return but my receipt is A-375144, if you care.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

This place is great ! They have fixed things others couldn't. I'm a short man. Sometimes I buy hiking pants with like straps at the ankle and the hem them with messing with the straps . Lady at the entrance had an attitude for a last-minute job yes, I know it sucked but the sewing job I needed was sprung on me last minute, thus asking for a sewing job to be last minute. Told it would be an additional $5 for being last minute. Had no issue and understood. Then get told the seamstress wouldn't be in... on a Friday? A business day? Yeah ok. Happy to leave without getting any work done- pretty sure it would have been a botch job done intentionally. And also got told by a friend they had a bad experience there too. Apparently her dad went there to get a zipper job done and got told they don't do zippers... even with a sign on the glass saying they do... Maybe update your signs or enhance your services.

Staff is super friendly and accommodating I needed alterations done quickly. And they made it happen no problem. I would highly recommend them. I will be back for all my cleaning and tailoring. A+ says it all!!!!

I went here to get some shirts fitted. The owner was very nice and the tailor did a fantastic job with my shirts - fixed 2 shirts in less than 4 hours. Overall, a great experience and excellent customer service. I'm definitely going back and highly recommend the tailoring services here.

These ppl are the best! Had a unexpected death and had to get a suit for the services and the only pants I could find needed alterations and the ladies here accomadated me last minute and cheap. Did a perfect job! I appreciate you all ty again. Glad places like this exist.Service: Alterations

I bought a navy wool blazer on clearance, and although the alterations were $75, I’m still $100 ahead of full price. I think it came out very good.

I experienced second rate tailoring, and cleaning service. Had to have the same item repaired 3 times before going to another place. My wife had a dress for a formal dinner that they cut too short and didn't take the waist in, then refused to fix it. So for $80 of their services we received a ruined $250 dress. I'd rather donate all my clothes needing work than go here ever again.
