I didn't physically use this business however the female was very professional who I spoke with in reference to inspection of a fire extinguisher being tagged. Logically it made no sense for me to pay for my fire extinguisher to be serviced vs just buying a new one yearly for my business in reference to the fire inspection. One of the best places I've worked. Managers are always positively reinforcing staff, they ask for feedback on improving the business because they value their employees' opinion. Customer service is the best in this industry as far as I know. Also a very ethnically diverse and multicultural office and technical staff.

This company frowns upon small companies with few fire extinguishers. They typically turn away walk in business and provide huge discounts to larger accounts despite the small companies loyalty. ACE does not trust daycare providers, barber shops or as we would typically call them mom and pops. Beware if they do not accept your check, you may fall into this category While employed there, I was informed when an African American applied for a position that they would not hire her because the Office Manager Donna Capps did not get along with African Americans. I was let go because I built a relationships with the new employees and made them aware of how they operated "allegedly" it was based on hear say. Do not do business with this once reputable company when it was owned by the father.

I've work with Ace Fire Extinguisher exclusively for nearly 30 years. The level of service I receive is beyond reproach! Working with multiple rated extinguishers, I need a company who can provide service, testing and inspection. I recently asked them to respond to a small boutique condominium downtown and I received next day service. The building only has one extinguisher, hence the emergency to make sure the "one" is operational. I choose service providers that I can count on. I determine this by how well a company handles tough situations as well as the easy/straight forward and my experience with Ace has always produced a positive outcome.
