We are a small home-studio where we offer individualized Reiki sessions or yoga classes with a maximum of 7 students to guarantee personalized attention.

ARL offers Restorative, Gentle, and Vinyasa Flow classes, as well as Reiki Treatments. This quaint home studio is limited to 7 students per class. Reservations are required as classes do fill up quickly!

A Radiant Life Yoga is nestled in Los Angeles, California, as a place to promote the health, healing, and well-being of our students - in mind, body and spirit. We incorporate conscious breath (Pranayama), throughout each class to help our students trigger their relaxation response and turn their senses inward, concentrating on listening to their bodies and tuning out the outside world we come to a place of silence and self-awareness in our final relaxation and guided meditation. It is through this silence that we begin to honor our bodies, our needs, our core being.
Jackie Kubica-Aronoff, has been practicing yoga since 1997. After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2005 she began to use her yoga practice daily as a tool to heal her body, through this practice she healed her mind and spirit as well. She believes that following any physical activity with her yoga practice was essential to regaining her health and freeing her from the daily pain associated with her illness. Coming from personal experience with chronic pain, and knowing how beneficial yoga can be, she was inspired to share that knowledge with others. She believes that no matter what your physical limitations, yoga can help you heal yourself to realize your full potential, and to radiate that out into your life. Jackie completed her first teacher training at the Rishi Institute in 2009, was certified in Therapeutic Yoga in 2010 and completed her second 200 hour training at Rising Lotus in 2011. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (200) with Yoga Alliance and a Level 3 Reiki Practitioner
