I’ve had a positive experience here in general with Bill and Keith. They have been very patient and understanding of my issues. I would definitely rent from them. Just get pictures of your damages on your furniture after and before they deliver it. Just in case.
Recent experience, Their dirty- we returned two couch recliner sets due to our neihbor giving us a set, The came and looked it over and dimmed it worthy of taking back to the store, as the men take it apart, they rip it whilevtrulyingvto get it through our apartment doors, then lie to the manager about it, who he himself failed to contact us to tell us he was unsatisfied with the condition in which he received them back. He was going to continue charging us full price of the furniture with out our concent. I have witnesses and everything on how decent shape they were in. Not to mention no paper work was done when they came to pick it up, which I'm sure is protocol. Either way I'm truly disisatified with their business, and employees that have done our transactions , I would definitely not recommend customers their, and if you do do business their be cautious of everything.
I guess if you don't have to deal with Keith and his attitude you probably will have a pretty good experience. If you don't mind them trying to cheat you, go ahead and get whatever your heart desires!!!
So I come home from shopping and catch two men from a plus staring in my windows and doors they had my driveway blocked and I politely asked who and why they were there they gave me a name never heard of this person never done business with these people but they were looking in my door and windows.....so I call a plus get the district manager and he says oh sir they were at the wrong address but you going to be ok with them invading my privacy because of the wrong address the district manager told me there was no reason why was was so mad are you serious I had two men looking in my doors and windows......not only will corporate be called my attorney will be as well.......A plus I wouldn't do business with them if I had to sleep on the floor!!!
Ok but my furniture the spares in my Lounger broke. And couch to but fixed the lounger one been broke again. But personal good .
Good place to buy furniture. Wouldn't want to pay the price they ask for renting. But good prices if you buy it straight out.
All of u are nice to everyone
Been going here for years great place and they are very friendly and helpful
