SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! They’re not professional at all, if you gave the key to one of the employees and they don’t come to work, you pay an extra day. And it’s all cash, you can not dispute it. That’s how they keep your deposit. Disrespectful and unprofessional.

Worst experience ever the cars are the most raggedy car you ever seen in your life. They give it too you with hardly any gas. The manager is a rude Ethiopian lady who doesn’t respect African Americans. This company is a total rip off the AC in the cars don’t work an they tell you things like they don’t check it regularly. Worst experience do not rent here worst experience. An if you pay cash they give you your deposit back with a check.

I had an emergency and this place was the only available rental.The car was in poor condition the rep gave us a time to be back on a Saturday at 5 PM the owner called and said they close at 12 I was out of town . I had to pay an additional two days for at the beginning of the rental my husband had to come to where I was and remove the owners tools from the vehicle. I was quoted two different prices.Unfortunately I paid in cash that I paid with credit or debit card I will dispute the charges do not rent from these people. I should’ve paid attention to the reviews

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They are trying to commit fraud on my credit card. I rented from them, returned the car and the next day they tried to charge my card $500! They are trying to say that there was damage to the car that they didn't notice when the car was returned. This is a lie that is completely made up. They are called my insurance but never contacted me at all then just charged my card. That is not how it works. If there is damage then they could go through my insurance but they cant just charged my card. They are liars an thieves.

Terrible won’t ever rental from here spend over 600 for 2 week of rental they kept my deposit which is fine because Allah will bless me but had to jump one car everyday for 7 days then receive another car. They are a umbrella corporation there Are other locations one is located in college park . They name of this one is auto rental for less 5801 Baltimore ave .the guy lied and said they weren’t connected but how was I able to go to the other location and rent a car after the first location rented me a bad car battery was Corroded And I had to tell them wHat was wrong with there car I feel I am owed money and I feel like I was cheated and misused. Want to warn others so they don’t experience what I have ,if I were white I don’t believe I would have receive this kind of service .Its alway your own people that treat you badly but again their Ethiopian so they catered to the white man !!! Not too pull the race card but it’s true !!!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - And this is based off of a simple phone conversation, inquiring about a rental car!! And to add fire to the matter; the lady hung up on me when I told her no thank you regarding the their overly charged rental service!!!

What a best customer service ...! You guys have given me a best deal ever thank you so much I will always come back to rent from you ...! I will make sure to refer you guys to my friends and family ..!

You can't drive car out of town only local

Because the car they gave me was not in good condition and the air did not work I will not recommend them to anyone
