Steven was super duper helpful when the trunk of my 17 year old Jeep was jammed. He worked on my car after normal working hours and did the job quickly & thoroughly. It was nice to call someone who was understanding and who listened to my situation. Would highly recommend giving him a call before anyone else! He's great at what he does.
Highly recommend! Helped me out when my bedroom door was jammed. Very professional, efficient, resourceful and easy to talk to. Come in quickly on short notice and very reasonable price! Basically everything you can ask for a awesome locksmith.
Steve was great. He arrived in the allotted time that he said he would and quickly had the lock unlocked. His manner was very calm and professional which I appreciated. Plus, the lock looks and works just like it was never "picked." I have no concerns over the integrity of the lock and feel safe. I would call Steve again should I ever need locksmith service in the future.
My cousin had locked my keys inside of my trunk. Steve was able to come by and promptly unlocked the door using some nifty tools and with zero damage to my car. It took less than 5 minutes! Steve was very professional and a joy to meet. We'd be in a tough spot without him! Thanks Steve!
Steven provided great customer service and was fast to respond when I locked my keys in the car during a recent trip through the bay. He was able to get to me quickly despite heavy traffic and had me back on the road, keys in hand in a timely manner. He was also very friendly and made me feel reassured. Thank you Steve!
I think they closed. Called so many times with no answer. A little worry about them. Still give them 5 star just be nice. And Steve was pretty nice on the phone with me during the first few calls. Called last week set a schedule but didn't come. Told me to send email quote never did. Understood holiday season. Went to their location yesterday. No people. It's an old garage and a 40 years old work truck outside. Good luck to Steve. They will have huge opportunity for business because Facebook new building is right in front of them.
