The tech that did my MRI was great, loved him, he was very thoughtful and caring. The front office person needs more training in customer service, my first time at this office and I would not want to go back, I called to inquire about my results because I was told they would be ready in two days, that was not the case, when I called the response was very cold, was told that the report would be ready by the end of the day , well hello your office closes at 8pm my doctors office closes at 3pm, if you are not happy with your job just stay home!!
Do NOT go here. I knew that the machine wasn't the latest, but I thought it would be ok anyway. Gave the disc to 2 doctors. 1st said it wasn't clear, but he would use it anyway. 2nd said that it wasn't clear, and I would have to take another MRI. A waste of time and money.
The staff at this facility was nothing short of FANTASTIC. For being a medical procedure which some of us dread; this wasnt all that bad thanks to the location and the people servicing!
Front office staff Tracey and Tec Jennifer are amazing, But that's where it stops!! Had a Stat MRI and over 38 hours later still no report called the Corporate office and recieved such redicouls responses that Are embarrassing such as we don't know who has your MRI. Spoke to Natalie there field representative and she even said this is and I quote so embarrassing. You should be ashamed you are dealing with people's lives here and your communion is just ridiculous. Again your first impression is amazing your follow through a mess. Wish to speak to owner of this company no response from Corporate.
Bad experience. I called the Deerfield Beach office and made an appointment. I showed up to find the office closed. I called the number and a nice lady answered my call and told me that when I first called, the office was closed, so my call was forwarded to the Fort Lauderdale office, but nobody bothered to tell me that. I had to drive to Fort Lauderdale. To make matters worse, I was given a bad CD, so my doctor could not open it to see the images. I had to ask them for a new one, which the gave to me without an apology.
Really sweet staff, very clean facility, and they got me in and out in a very timely manner! If you need an MRI I highly recommend A1!
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get in right away and they made this process as easy on me as possible. I would recommend them highly.
They made an uncomfortable MRI - comfortable. I enjoyed having my MRI done here.
They are horrible very RUDE!!! ALSO go against my doctor's​ orders I guess they have MD'S ON SITE.
Office staff very professional but not very professional when it come to getting the report, it's been 3 weeks and report is still not ready.
