I've been there a little less than a year. I have had 2 units now one. I've had units all over southern California and southern Mississippi. This one is in my top 3. Pros: Office staff is always nice. Units are always accessible. Facility is always clean. Prices are great. My units had individual lighting. Free lock. Close to home. Cons: Height in the units. That's it.
Originally my moms storage that I've recently taken over and the lady in the front office showed such kindness to me last week it made me cry! I greatly appreciate her and she's forever in my memory<3
I hate to get a bad review especially on a family owned business but this place has no security. My storage got broken into within 2 months that I had my stuff there. And it looked like several got broken into by just looking at the messed up doors and deformed locks. There's always dudes on their mini bikes going up and down the alleyways that just makes me feel uncomfortable. Like is he scoping things out?
If I could give it negative Stars I would give it negative 5 to 10 Stars. If you can find a different storage place I highly suggest you do that. The woman that works there is extremely rude not nice at all.
Nice clean storage facility. Rent is pretty good. If you refer people to there you get a free month or lower rate for that month. The only two things I dont care for is if your not out by 7:30 p.m your stuck there and holidays. Their closed on each and every holiday. Can't use their trash bins and I totally understand why. So there's more up's than down's. Check them out, you won't regret it.
I showed up at 4 to rent a unit. Employee tells me we don’t rent after 4. I asked since when? and he said since always. I was like I used to work for the sister one and I know for a fact that is not true. He then try to tell me they didn’t have a unit when I know the green stickers in the board signify empty units. Bob and his wife the owners really needs to review their associates work ethics and customer service. Very rude lazy employee today 11-25-18 at 4 pm.
GREAT PLACE TO STORE YOUR THINGS THE EMPLOYEES THERE ARE AMAZING HARD WORKING VERY ATTENTIVE AND ANSWER YOUR CALLS OR IF NOT YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE AND THEY RETURN YOUR CALL AND ALWAYS THERE TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR NEEDS THEY HAVE HELPED ME A LOT IN THE YEARS I've BEEN STORING MY THINGS THERE I THANK ALL OF YOU GUYS FOR ALWAYS HELPING ME OUT YOUR THE BEST
the office staff is polite, always answers your questions. the storage spaces are always cleaned, and the storage comes with a light bulk, most storage facilities "dont". hours are great, 7 a.m., to 7:30 p.m., closed all major holidays. this is for your safety because the staff is at in the office. AND THE RESTROOMS ALWAYS CLEAN.
Very clean and very secured I keep I've had my stuff there for quite a while too long longer than I'd like but that's that's the place I go to
Great place, never had an issue. Had 2 different units for quite a while. I like it a lot. The people have always been Nice to deal with.
