Stopped in looking for a spare key for my vehicle. Took the time to listen to my needs. Could have sold me a $125 or $75 solution, but hooked me up for less than $5! Not many businesses put customer needs before revenue these days! Nice to not feel like you are getting taken. Would definitely recommend.

My keys were flushed down the toilet and no spare. Calling the number listed for these guys and the phone just rings. Rings and no on one answers but this is supposed to be 24/7 service ? They are not for emergency use. Disappointed and thought I’d let you guys know they don’t answer..

Both the guys there were so helpful had a couple of keys made and they fixed my keyless remote also awesome group of people thank you Tony and crew.

My dead bolt would not go back into the chamber and I was locked out of my house after a very long day’s work on Friday evening. They sent Ray out who got here very quickly. He was amazing! Fixed the door very quickly was professional and had Great customer service. I will be needing the lock on my sliding glass door fixed soon and will be requesting Remarkable Ray!! I rate him a 10!!! Wonderful service!
