This storage facility is wonderful.  Staff are friendly and accommodating.  The property is always clean and well kept.   Very useful amenities, bottled water, bathrooms, a hose for a quick wash, RV pump-out.  I highly recommend it.

This place is the cleanest, friendliest place I've ever stored my stuff. I've been here 2.5 years now and will be sad to leave when I finally move out. Lore and her staff are friendly, helpful and always have a cold water, coffee or seasonal treats and a big smile waiting.

After using other storage facilities for my boat and trailer, this facility is well above all the others. Especially for a boat used in saltwater, the wash down facility is really important. Having the boat undercover is another big plus. And, with an electrical supply so that I can maintain my batteries, meets my requirements. The people running this storage are helpful, friendly and always accommodating. They are excellent! Maintenance and response to customer suggestions is never turned down. Highly recommended.

Have been a client for 3 1/2 years. Facilities are top notch and clean for trailer storage. Having adequate electrical power for maintaining batteries as well as occasional checkout of trailer systems is a valuable help to trip preparation. The staff are always helpful and willing to work any problems. Recommend this facility for any storage needs.

The staff at the Leland AA Self Storage location  Lore, Michael, & Rogan are very professional and accommodating. Since moving to Brunswick Forest last year, we have used this storage facility and recommended it to family and friends. It’s immaculate and really well cared for. Also, my granddaughter especially loves the Halloween and Christmas light displays.  They definitely deserve a five star rating!

I really like the facility and on site management. It is great for storing our travel trailer. The only improvement I would like to see is changing the grades at the RV waste dumping station so that the RVs are sloped to the correct side to allow full emptying of the tanks without elevating the outside wheels. Currently the side slope is in the wrong direction.

I cannot say enough great things about Michael and Lore.  They have been incredible to deal with. Very polite and courteous. The facility is immaculate and well maintained.  Great experience. Kudos to AA Self Storage

There's a reason this place has such great reviews. The price for a unit here is on-par with most other places, but the quality of service you get is unmatched. The staff is incredibly friendly and accessible and the units are immaculately clean. The temperature stays cool and I know my things are safe. The building is built on a slight incline so rain water drains immediately. They got through hurricane florence unscathed which gives me great piece of mind. Every time I come in to pay my bill they always offer me something to drink, which is a really sweet gesture. I am a happy customer
