Amir was a pleasure to work with, he covered everything, he’s Super detailed and provided awesome customer service to everyone that walked in the door! His professionalism, knowledge and clear instructions on payment, access hours terms and conditions made the move in process a breeze. I highly recommend AA Universal Self Storage. The facility is located in a quiet yet accessible area, conveniently located across from a Starbucks and other shopping. Aside from the location I like that it’s small and offered easy move in. Also Amir greeted everyone that walked in, 5 Star service all the way!

Upon my first visit to this facility, I met and interacted with both Aaron & Amir. Both these young men were polite, helpful, and professional. They listened to my needs and showed me a couple of units. They also reserved one for me. Upon my returning to rent the unit, Amir was on site and assembled my paperwork and rental contract. He was extremely pleasant, friendly, and a complete pleasure to interact with. He took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns. My personal experience was positive overall, and I would recommend anyone who may need to rent a storage unit to consider visiting Aaron and Amir.
Rented a uhaul from here with over 24 hr notice! When I arrived there seem to be no keys or lockbox. A staff member came out and told me they could not rent after hours when the uhaul site clearly said they could. He offered no help and really screwed my moving day
This place has gone downhill in a horrible way. Prices have soared and service declined. It's been 5 months now and I still have no lighting in my unit. Doors don't lock properly, and exit gate constantly breaks down.
I was shown 2 storage space options. I am not sure what the guys name that I worked with. He was professional And informative. The leasing experience went quickly and was easy.
Aaron was professional and courteous and made the renting process efficient and pleasant! Lockers are very reasonably priced and the place is tidy.
Stayed here over a year. Solid staff and clean facility. No evidence of mice or other issues with my stuff. Predictable pricing one increase inline with other facilities after a year. Easy to get checked out once I left.
AA Universal is overall a good place. Adolfo, the property manager, is wonderful! He is very helpful, professional, and really knows the business. My biggest complaint is that they are quite sneaky about raising the monthly rates so BUYER BEWARE on that score. I was promised no rate increases for 12 months and within 6 months they went ahead and began raising my rates. Who knows how much it will be five years down the road...or even 18 months for that matter.
