My husband and I were stressed trying to make travel arrangements flight, car rental, insurance, etc for our daughter's upcoming wedding in Italy. Deborah C., with her easy-going, calm demeanor took all the stress away, and made it fun. She researched multiple options before locking in the best for us. Professional, friendly service. Emilio was courteous, offered information, reviewed my route before printing, asked l needed other information or publications. Receptionist also friendly and professional.

Went there to get passport photos.  Very friendly staff and quick service.  More than travel assistance, maps, etc.  AAA does insurance, notary, passport photos, reservations, flights and hotels, rental car discounts, retail discounts, etc.   I have been a member of AAA for 46 years now and find it is great value.

My family, 3 of us, was assisted with obtaining International Driver's Licenses. The office staff assisted the lady in charge of this task to speed up the process, & get us all completed within minutes of each other. They were efficient, polite, & apologetic for the wait time, which was literally only a few minutes. We told the Stagg we would give good reviews because they earned it. Thank you all!

This experience relates to a simple phone call for information. I need an international drivers permit. Their answering system directs you to options for insurance, membership, or travel related questions. The travel related questions are simply for Disney, plane tickets and some other random option not related to my needs. There are no options to just speak to someone, so my next best option to get a real person was to select the membership option. That put me through to the most unnecessarily abrasive and aggressive customer service interaction I've had in quite some time. Whoever answered sounded like a middle aged or older male, with a bit of what sounded like an east-coast accent. He answered nice enough, then I explained what I needed to him. His response, with a tone in his voice: "We're all out of them. I thought you called for membership, I only deal with membership" and I explained why I went through the membership option and he seemed annoyed to even be talking to me. I questioned why they're out of paperwork that can be printed... He asked when I travel, then explained with attitude that I've "got plenty of time. We're all out of them, call back in 2 weeks".... Sorry to be an inconvenience seeking information, guy. Not sure how they can be out of the necessary paperwork when you can literally print it out online, but I guess I'll just do the mail-in option. Unless I can manage to get through to someone who knows how to speak to a potential customer.

From the courteous, professional, and friendly greeting I received at the front desk, to the competent, outstanding service rendered by Emilio, my experience at this Tucson AAA was completely satisfactory. It confirmed the rightness of my decision to become and remain a AAA Member.

I have had AAA insurance for a few years. Just Bought a new car in Tucson, stopped at the office on my way back to Mesa to update my insurance.  Was met by a very friendly receptionist.  I was helped right away. Very happy with the customer service.  Highly recommend.

Couldn't get help with window chip initially.  Called before Christmas but didn't get call back as promised.  He reached someone and hopefully we will be able to get it done next week.   Fortunately, it doesn't seem that be expanding.  Once the repairman came he did a great job.  Very friendly, efficient and conscientious.  Unfortunately, we immediately got a worse crack.  This time we were able to get an appointment more quickly to replace the windshield.

After being a member for almost 20 years,  I've canceled. Hardly ever used them decided to actually use them this past weekend and boy that was a mistake 3 hours of hell on the phone with them and I never had service ever. I did up calling another company spending $225 for something that took all of 5 minutes. At no point did any of the reps from AA A actually apologize. I called today to cancel they didn't even ask me why I canceled because  they don't care they honestly just have so many customers they could care less if they screw over part of their customer base  AAA is absolute trash and I will never ever use them again. AAA does not care about its customers.... ***  I see your reply below to my review. You are only interested in pretending to want to take care of the issue now that I publicly reviewed it.  Would've been really great should you have paid attention to your customers when they were actually your customer not now when you're worried about losing customers. AAA is trash.

The receptionist were friendly and helpful. Sorry they don't book train trips.
