If you want to be cussed at, yelled at, talked over and racially profiled by the front desk clerk sherry. This is the place to be, I’ve had this storage for years and until she started working there and letting her own emotional feelings get in the way of doing her job, which is to HELP others, I had no issues. The amount of money I have spent here, had rent go up multiple times, with no warning, still made my payments and all while grieving a parent and having the clerk say she does not care. Bottom line, if you’re looking for terrible customer service and nasty attitudes, come here. Michael, the manager, is the only reason I am still here and has actually been sympathetic. However, nobody should have to go through management every month because the people who work in the front office are unable to control their temper and scream at a paying customer.
No problem renting Uhaul truck. Courteous.One issue though. Dropped truck off at 1:30 and discovered they were closed for lunch until 2. Each day lunch is different so check their schedule. Not a fan of that
AAA storage on Griffith Rd. is clean and the customer service you receive from Amanda is always great. I have been in the office when she has customers and she is the same to everyone. She will go the extra mile to assist a customer. The facility is convenient and has easy access to units for loading & unloading. It’s unfortunate that this location is loosing Amanda to another site within AAA, she is definitely an asset to this location & the company. I hope Amanda receives the compensation for her hard she deserves!!!
I only want to get my personal papers and have advised them I don't want the other items they are free to take these and auction them off as they see fit. There is nothing anyone can do with my personal papers so I would like to have them back. If Amanda were still there I'm sure she would have worked it out so I could get those items. Since she left it's been different.
Great Experience at Bermuda Run/Advance Location - glad I was able to connect with Todd! He confirmed everything efficiently and easy without leaving the comfort of my home.

It's fine, I needed storage, they have storage. No muss. No fuss. I have never had a problem with feeling like my items were unsafe.
Have a unit here for years i highly recommend this place
Great customer service, Amanda is always very helpful and have never had a problem. Would highly recommend this storage place to anyone!
Has good deals and clean location, but if you get your stuff out early you don't get no refund
